We got off to a bad start when the Walla Walla people told me their local service to Pendleton, 40 miles away, wasn't available because the employee making deliveries left and they did not have new date for service for my CPAP machine locally. I drove to their office and picked up the machine, which starting malfunctioning about a week later, rendering it useless for my therapy. Casey said he'd pick it up, so I made arrangements at work to be available but he didn't show, no notice nor answer to my email. I returned the unit in January and was assured the billing would reflect only the useful time but have now been billed twice with a demand for payment. Customer service says they note the request for "billing adjustment" had been made but "it hasn't been received" and did not call me back as promised to confirm it has "now been received." NORCO in Walla Walla has been worse than useless treating my situation, issuing malfunctioning equipment, reneging on promises and then insisting I wait months while they continue to bill me. Worse than poor service, negative value. read more

I went in to get pads for beds for incontinence I got home opened up the bag pulled out a pad that LITERALLY has less than a single ply piece of toilet paper on a plastic back. I called to see if it was a manufacturer error and was told that is only as thick as they are and that they will hold a lot My one month old grandson would pee through it how can this protect ANYTHING from an adult. I am so disappointed with this I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone and I will find a better supplier and let this community know. read more

Watch Out!!!!!! We have made a lot of purchases from this company because it's the only medical equipment facility in our area and have had problem after problem. Paying for a more expensive item and being given a cheaper one while be told we got what we paid for. We purchased an inter spring mattress for a hospital bed and was delivered a foam mattress. Took 2 weeks to get a call back from the manager and was told he had it and would be delivering it. Upon delivery we then saw that it was the same exact mattress and the delivery driver tried to play it off as the inter spring. After comparing tags on the mattress he explained they were having problems getting them in and confirmed it was not the mattress we ordered and our doctor prescribed initially. We also bought a 10 ft. Ramp and realized we only needed a 5 ft. Ramp. Was charged the same price and not credited for the difference. After 6 weeks, I finally went in and watched them finally credit my account as it was never done. I feel as though they're taking advantage of the elderly at every chance possible. BEWARE!!!!! Make sure you get what you pay for and be sure to check that your bank account gets credited as they will take advantage of any given situation. read more

If you are able to do the time consuming task of checking on the status of your order by yourself and don't mind that they never call you back, or update you then they aren't too bad. They are incredibly slow and seem to lose information or have trouble getting the equipment from their suppliers. I have been using them for 6 years and it is always the same thing. Bad customer service. Slow customer service and you need to do your own self advocating. read more

I don't often find time to say good job but...good job Norco. I am a local here and when my company Walla Walla Home Medical went out of business I was worried that the level of service would change. It did. It got better. They have Respiratory Therapists there that really cared about my problems with my equipment. When a small random part broke on my mask, they looked in a drawer and had it for me at no charge. When I lost my power cord a couple years back at a hotel they gave me one to have so i could sleep at night with my CPAP. I have been constantly impressed with my interactions with them. (granted I only go in a 3-4 times a year but consistency is key) I haven't been this impressed with a company since Les Schwab. read more
