My husband developed an awful toothache and tried to tough it out for a few days but swelling started today. Looked around for help. We called the number Dr. Breen put up for his patients. He's never met us but he took the call, was amazingly gracious and caring, set up some antibiotics to pick up and referred us to an oral surgeon who could see my husband tomorrow. He actually called US back a second time to make sure things were okay. In a frightening time, this means so much. Hoping to become regular patients of this practice. Very grateful.

I would never treat my patients in the manner I was treated, nor would I allow my staff to do so. Patients have the right to ask questions about their care. When I did, your assistant responded by rolling her eyes, saying, "We have to take this X-ray because we cannot see through a person to see infection," and then stormed out like a child. Shortly after, you entered and mirrored the same dismissive behavior. You didn't examine the site in question but instead tried to pressure me into the X-ray. You nearly ripped the napkin from my chest and gestured for me to leave. As I exited, your assistant mockingly said, "buh bye." We are no longer each other's concern, but future patients deserve to know how they might be treated. I suggest you stop replying defensively on Yelp and start addressing the underlying issue--your approach to patient care. You're welcome.

Dr. Decoteau does quality work, but the hours there are…read moreextremely difficult for a working person, and if the patient needs more than a 20-minute appointment, you are forced to take the child out of school, because they "only handle longer appointments during the morning". Having a child who has difficulty in school, it is extremely counterproductive to take him out of school for an orthodontic appointment every time, not to mention what it does to my day; I end up having to take a half day off from work for every appointment, which is ridiculous. They sincerely need to come in to the current century and accommodate working, single mothers, or anyone else who works a normal work day. They also do not call with an appointment reminder. I don't think there is any doctor's office or dentist's office that I go to that doesn't give you a courtesy call to remind you of an appointment. They do not do this here. Overall, even though he's a talented doctor, his office policies are horrible and unaccommodating.

Dr. Garibyan, an oral surgeon who specializes in "All-on-4," also known as full mouth implants, performs extractions, bone grafting, implants, places the prosthetic teeth, and can provide general anesthesia. Most cosmetic dentists I've met referred me to oral surgeons for tooth extractions, bone grafts, and implant surgery. The dentist only provides the implementation of the cosmetic teeth. I was quoted $45,000 for the oral surgery procedures and $45,000 for the dentist by four separate dental practices. Two of the practices didn't offer anesthesia, only novocaine and Xanax. One prosthodontist who didn't offer anesthesia actually told me that pulling all of my teeth and inserting metal implants into my jawbone wouldn't hurt! Patients of Dr. Garibyan seeking full mouth implants can avoid the exorbitant costs associated with using two dental professionals." Dr. Garibyan and his staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I am very pleased and relieved with my new implants and highly recommend Premier Center for Oral Surgery.
