My 15 year old was able to find a couple dresses that she liked and a bodysuit. She was on a mission to find something in yellow, but she did not like the floral prints that kept popping up. My 11 year old, whose style is much different than her older sister, did not really find anything that grabbed her attention. She found herself browsing the more professional looking area of the store with me, but only left with a couple of button-up sleeveless blouses that were on clearance near the window of the store. Oddly enough, I purchased two of those blouses for work as well! They were only $4, so I couldn't resist. I've worn them both to work and they are perfect for a business-casual setting in the height of an Indiana Summer (which is hot and humid!). I also purchased some costume jewelry, most of which was deeply discounted, which is very good because some of it has already begun turning colors from minimal wear. I don't think I'll purchase jewelry there again. All and all, considering that this is a "fast fashion" store, the prices were decent and the staff with friendly. We will return to shop here again.

When my wife explained what she was looking for, the woman said that the seasonal item was about a week to ten days from being shipped to the store. It was nice having someone working who was aware of the inventory and ordering time frames. The sales associate at Keystone at the Crossing helped me package my item and even provided me with a bag to ship an item back to Chicos. I shipped it and received my credit back to my Paypal within one week. Next time when I shop online, I'd pay with my credit card.

I was not greeted upon entering the store, nor I was offered a basket although an employee was standing at the entrance door. I would not have felt bad if she was doing the same to all the customers entering. She was super sweet to every single customer entering the store and was guiding them about today's deals and offering them the baskets. She was also thanking all the customers as they were leaving the store. I bought my favorite items and as I was heading out she maintained her cold behavior towards me (it felt more like a racist behavior). She is an older lady who was at the main entrance of the store. I did call the store after leaving to bring my concern to the store manager's attention. I am hoping the store manager will ensure that the people who work at the store are trained well to deal with customers equally. I do not intend to return back to this store in future. My experience at all other Bath & Body Works stores in the town has always been amazing.

I stopped by on 7/5 to pick up a pair of linen pants that I'd seen a girl try-on during a haul on YouTube, and I left with those pants and many other items. There were so many clearance racks, with really cute stuff on them. I had to restrain myself. There weren't very many customers in the store, so there was a team of employees working on merchandising in my vicinity. One, who might have been a manager, checked to make sure I was finding everything okay. I love being checked on, but not in excess, so that little gesture was perfect because they left me alone to shop after that. But it was nice knowing they were there to answer any questions. At checkout, the cashier answered all my questions about the 50% off deal for cardholders and whether or not I was able to return any of the clearance items. She was very helpful!

It is way in a corner space in the mall. Depending on where you enter the mall, it can be easy to find, but any other entrance it is kinda hidden at one of the ends and around a corner. You are getting close when you see Sally Beauty and a Diamond store. It is the largest Akira space I have ever seen. Usually they are in small spaces and really difficult to browse in. I found a pair of New Balance tennis shoes for 30% off and I found a pair of dress shoes for 40% off. The value you get for your shoes is magnificent! The service is good from the staff. They are willing to help you find a particular brand of shoes in your size if it is not out on the display floor. They do go the extra mile for you if you need something. DSW is a fantastic shoe store for shoes and I would not go anywhere else for shoes because it is just that great of a place to shop for shoes. Check out DSW for your next pair of shoes.
