I love Nordstrom Rack for their discount prices of high-end, designer brands. However, I can't necessarily recommend this location. Even if it's out of the way, I'd recommend trying out one of the other Rack locations in Denver. This store is the closest one to where I live in Co Springs. It's not necessarily the best Rack I've been to though. I feel like they have a much smaller selection compared to the other locations I've been to and I had a hard time finding the brands that I usually buy from Rack. Their athletic section is almost non-existent; just one round rack, from what I could see, with a pretty slim selection. What makes this most disappointing is that this Rack location isn't really any smaller than the others I've been to. Overall, I think organization is what this location lacks the most. The shoes are so crammed into the racks that it's really hard to find anything and it's almost overwhelming in the first place. They only put one of each pair of shoes on the display, which I'm sure is done to reduce theft, but thank goodness they do it this way otherwise it'd definitely be impossible to find anything. Most other Racks have the pairs in individual boxes so it's not only easier to see what's there, but definitely less overwhelming from sheer volume. If I don't have time to drive to one of the other locations I might stop back into this Nordstrom Rack but I definitely think I'll be taking the time to drive to another location from now on. read more

In general, I'm a big fan of Nordstrom Rack. You can't go wrong with the amazingness of of Norstrom clothes at not-Nordstrom prices. This seems to be a well-stocked location, but it's not as well laid out as the one in Belmar. Things aren't always grouped as you'd expect, and it always seems cramped. I also don't like that you have to get one shoe every pair at the shoe window instead of just getting both of them from the box. I'd probably give this location three stars, except for that I found an incredible $350 cocktail dress on sale for $48 here. That makes me pretty forgiving. And with those kind of deals, I stop by every time I'm in the area. read more

Don't depend on their alterations dept. Paid extra to have pants altered in 24 hours but when we arrived to pick them up after the time they were supposed to be done were told they needed to be pressed. After we waited 45 mins then the story changed to they couldn't find them initially. I was told that it's an "organizational issue" and they wouldn't refund any part of the alterations charge. read more

This place can be a gem. Items are discounted but discounted Nordstrom is like a high end TJ. MAXX. There can be deals found here. Found a cute pair of Juicy shorts for 35 buck orig. 79.00. They have dresses and work type clothes. LOTS, LOTS of name brand clothes. Pair of Burberry pants but were still 140 bucks discounted. I was also surprised to see that they have extensive children's clothing sections. Don't I repeat don't look for shoes here, totally unorganized and messy. A bit scary actually that shoes are treated like this, in this kind of establishment. read more

Just had the best experience shopping. The young man in the fitting room was exceptionally helpful and gave honest input on my jean purchase. He even helped me find different sizes on the floor. Encountered an extremely rude employee last night 40 minutes prior to closing who would not allow my daughter or I to use the fitting rooms. We had a handful of dresses that would have been a quick and easy try on, and she refused to allow my daughter in. Again, the store was open for an additional 40 minutes at this point - it was not as if we entered the store at 8:59. We walked in an hour prior to closing and after scouring the racks for something acceptable for her graduation, expected to be able to try on the items. The employee countered that we could purchase the dresses and return them, but she would not allow use of the fitting room. At which point we placed the items on the (empty) rack she was standing in front of and left the store. I am a big fan of Nordstrom Rack and spend quite a bit of money there, but am not sure I will return after that experience. Having worked retail myself in the past this would have never been allowed by any store manager I worked under - certainly a fire able offense. For mens suits and jackets, I'd go to Austin Hauck in Littleton, but for everything else I go here -- very good quality at steep discounts for off-season items. Example: Kahala Hawaiian shirts that cost $80 in Hawaii are only $30 here. Quite often I'll find $200-300 dollar shirts for $50. Mens shirts shoes, socks, hats, ties (Not that you need ties, but when you do -- Robert Talbot, woven), cuff links, coats, sweaters, suitcases and belts, you'll find great stuff. read more

This is my second Nordstrom Rack of choice in Colorado. The Boulder location has way more labels and selection and seems more put together. However, this location works in a pinch. I love 'the rack' for gifts for people, but more so for the shoes & selection of purses, accessories & make-up. None of the locations in Colorado carry plus sized fashions (shame on you, Denver), but it's still quite shoppable. Just picked up a pair of Kate Spade earrings for my sister-in-law for her birthday and they're still in stores. As a matter of fact, my brother bought the same ones (oops) and he'll have to return them. Good news? I didn't pay retail. :) read more

I make it rain up in here! The prices are great, and the selection is wonderful as well. I purchased a $325 DVF dress for $70 last week. Score! They have a nice selection of jewelry and accessories as well. The only downside (which is common in most discount stores) is that there is literally no customer service. You are on your own here folks, but at least you don't have stalker salespeople bugging you. You also have to dig and hunt through merchandise, which doesn't bother me because I enjoy a challenge. Well, in my most recent visit I was thrilled to learn that you can now checkout with anyone of the many associates on the floor! Whew, saves time and hassle of long lines. Additionally, the store has made strides in organizing the racks so that shoppers can better sort through their merchandise. This location is buy far the worst in the metro area. All of the shoes are just flung into bins with no organization other then size, leading to a lot of scuffs on them and being dirty. You also have to stand in line just to get the matching shoe before you go to another line to purchase. The men's department needs a make over as it is always disorganized. When you are looking in the large shirt area you should find large shirts! Not here, you'll find all sizes with a few larger mixed in. I wear a 17 1/2 necklace size for my dress shirts, so today I was looking for a new one. Low and behold the entire 17 1/2 section didn't have a single shirt that size! SMH. Get it together read more

Great selection of designer clothes - almost too many options as the racks are extremely full. The best part is the items are marked down at least 50% or more so you can save quite a bit. The checkout lines get long but they do move fast! read more

Great selection and great deals. I went yesterday and they had a whole circular rack with great BCBG styles from their summer line. Also had rack of Trina Turk and Tory Burch. I was very excited! I had to give two stars, however, because of something I saw in the dressing room. A girl came up to the attendant just as I was leaving, and she had two bras and maybe 5 pairs of underwear. And the attendant gave her a room to try them on. I felt absolutely sick to my stomach! First of all, who tries on underwear? I mean, isn't it usually a guess and buy item? I had absolutely the best experience there today!! Prices are great, clothing is usually fabulous, and the employees were wonderful...which was really where I need to start!!! I recently was injured in an accident. I ended up with a hurt wrist and ankle. My mobility is restricted because of that. When I went to the dressing room one of the employees was very helpful. She carried the clothing I was going to try on into the dressing room. She helped me change when needed (given my mobility issues), she helped me get different sizes and continued to check on me. She also helped me get in and out quickly. Nicole was great! The manager was also very helpful. He helped me look up my credit card information. He was very nice. The cashier was also very nice as well. Finally, I found so many good finds there. Not only did I find a really cute Easter dress, I also walked away with multiple work outfits. I always find great necklaces there. Great purses. Great clothing! I would recommend the Rack to my friends and family! read more

I came in looking for an important dress for a fast approaching wedding. The ladies in the dressing room were SO helpful and went the extra two miles to make sure I got what I needed. They not only physically searched the whole store to find my size, but they also called two other stores as well and waited a very long time on hold until they were able to secure one for pick up. Wow, it is refreshing that good old-fashioned customer service still exists in this country. I was pleasantly surprised today by their help and kindness. One star is too generous for Nordstrom Rack Park Meadows. Due to a poorly handled transaction and reprehensible customer service, I left this afternoon without the merchandise THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR IN FULL and $50 in Visa gift cards, which now have a zero balance because of poorly trained and managed employees. After a long line and wait at the understaffed shoe counter, I made my way to the register to complete my purchase. The first associate asked if I was a reward member, and I gave her my information. I asked if using multiple gift cards would be an issue, since I had left my Rack card at home. She continued with the transaction, processing two Visa gift cards and a credit card. That's when things got worse. The associate told me that, "Sometimes there is an issue with paying with multiple cards," and had to call another associate named Shelby Z to help. Shelby then voided the transaction and attempted to complete the sale. Realizing her mistake of processing the gift cards and then voiding the transaction, she left me at the counter to contact a manager (both of which were on lunch break..At the same time...during a Clear the Rack sale.) I asked that I be allowed to leave with my purchase, since I had already paid the entire balance with valid tender. Shelby Z informed me that I would need to pay an ADDITIONAL $50 (to make up for my gift card value that was now worthless). I again explained that, since Nordstrom had essentially collected and completed the sale, and the gift cards were of no value to me and that I should be allowed to leave with my merchandise. But she argued that I would either have to pay another $50 to complete the purchase (AGAIN) and wait for the Visa gift card balance to be processed. Rather than calling a knowledgable manager to assist with the sale, my Visa gift cards were depleted and I was put in the awkward position of having to pay more than what was owed. In the end, I opted to void the entire transaction, a complete waste of time and energy. My parting gift was a business card of a manager, Amanda Trevizo, and assurance that I would be contacted to resolve the issue. What horrible customer service! Nordstrom's egregious policy has become my responsibility to fix, and two hours later I'm left with $50 in Visa gift cards (with a ZERO balance) and no contact from Ms. Trevizo. The culpability of this incident rests with the two employees who mishandled the sale and lack of training and management of Nordstrom Rack Park Meadows. Absolutely horrible. read more

Love the rack. Great items at very good prices. Lowered the star level to a 3 vs a 5 because of the recent conversion of the clearance racks from the rounders displayed by size and type of clothes to 3 long racks of clothes so tightly together it is hard to go through and difficult to stand in the aisle with more than 1 person. They have turned it into a shopping experience more resembling Marshall's. read more

I will never shop here again, and this is coming from a former employee. Nordstrom has always been known for their customer service even boasting about how they gave a refund for a tire when a customer because the store went out of business and Nordstrom rack was now in their old building. I made a purchase well over 300$ and found that two pairs of shoes were very painful within 10 minutes of wearing them at work (both were worn for less than 2 hours on carpet, one pair not worn at all because the were identical to another pair). I take the tags off all my items prior to wearing them, especially stickers in or outside of a shoe. I was told that they do not do returns on items without tags or that had ANY wear, that would've been good to know at the time of purchase. How is one to know that a pair of shoes will be comfortable without taking them for at least a small test run? Now I have over a hundred dollars worth of shoes that are basically trash. Save your money, Payless has a better return policy. I'm ashamed that I ever worked here and they will never see a dime of my money again. read more

I actually like this Nordstrom rack better than the one on colorado blvd mainly because I ALWAYS walk away with way more than what I went in for.. Which in my shopping eyes is a great thing especially when the wonderful brands you find are at an affordable price. Beauty doesn't have to cost you normal department store prices.. No no come to Nordstrom rack and you'll see what i mean. Like I said I always come in looking for a particular thing or not looking for anything at all and find some pretty awesome stuff here. They have tory burch flats which normally run in the $200 range but I found some for half that which is still pricy but good price for tory burch.. Their sale rack is endless which is the rack I always head to first! Free people sweaters normally a hundred dollars for $40. This is an investment here. These brands will last you forever and ever and won't ever go out of style. I found a white cross body Kate spade for a great deal and decided I needed a new "summer" purse! I went here after a long quest trying to find Georgio Armani foundation. I had been all over from the Sephora in the aurora mall to ulta looking. I went to park meadows to look at the sephora inside the mall with no luck, they sent me to Nordstrom and boy am I ever happy they did. First I found the Armani counter to be greeted by the sweetest girl, she listened to me when I explained what my skin type is like, she highly recommended maestro foundation (which by the way is amazing for oily skin) then was completely honest with me and said a perfect concealer would be from Dior. After I paid she led me to the Dior counter where I spoke with two other girls who were willing to help me in any way they could plus they knew exactly what they were talking about. I'm so happy with the experience I had here today. Thank you to everyone for your help!! read more

Poor customer service! Discriminate against young people! I went there with my daughter and she picked out a juicy swimsuit and matching wrap, one was marked 50% and the other 75%. When she inquired whether they were supposed to be marked 75% off (since a set), the manager (Kim) said no, they were supposed to both be 50% off - she actually over rode the scanning price (75%) so she could charge her more!!! She also accused her of changing the price tags! If she changed the tag, why did it scan at the tagged price, and why wouldn't she change BOTH tags? If my daugther was going to change price tags, wouldn't she change both? And why did it scan at the lower price? Very mean manager. And her store was filthy, could not even walk in shoe department. read more

Terrible customer service! I bought 3 suits and multiple shirts from Nordstrom Rack spending well over $1000. A few months later I took one of the pairs of pants in to be hemmed. They said they would be ready in a week. 10 days later the called and said the pants were ready. I stopped by to pick them up and the handed me the pants, then took them back and realized they forgot to hem the pants. 2 days later the called again and said the pants were ready. I stopped by to pick them up and asked for a discount since I had made another special trip just to pick up the pants. They told me they could not give me a discount. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager also said she would not give me a discount. I asked how I could help make sure that when they called me in the future, the item would indeed be ready and she said I should ask them to double check next time before I drive down. After spending over $1000 I think they would be willing to waive the $14 fee for hemming pants when it was clearly their mistake for saying the pants were ready when they were not. Very frustrating. read more
