It always feels classy in here. Even from the outside. There are two coffee shops on each entrance (one taking you into the mall and one taking you to the parking lot). I haven't been inside, but they like nice spots to take a break. Generally, no one bothers you as you browse unless you ask for help. I've found it a bit hard to get help on the makeup counters, with some counters being unmanned. I do feel like the staff odd a bit snobbish. Not so much when I am well dressed and carrying a Chanel bag, but when I was running in to grab something quick and dressed in sweats. Just a general feeling rather than at specific counters. So I do feel somewhat self conscious shopping here. There's an unseen dress code of sorts. Overall, clean, lots of space and easy experience. read more

A tan or brown dress shirt, a tan or brown baseball cap, maybe some black jeans. Easy, right? Nada! First, the neat stacks of jeans and other merchandise looked good, but their arrangement had nothing to do with sizes. Many items were only available in small or larger sizes. Yes, I could try on something that doesn't fit and have them order the right size on line. But then why have a store? Pleasant staff cannot make up for poor buyers and limited stock. read more

I don't see why this Nordy has low ratings. We went on the first day of the public anniversary sale. Normally I would be in Boca Raton, Florida but was in Wisconsin on this day. I wish I remember the lady's name who helped me. She was amazing. She brought me sizes in a couple items that I misjudged my size. She also gave me honest feedback when I asked her how a dress looked on me. I love how great the employees are at Nordstrom in Florida and then here in Wisconsin. The sale ended today. This store is the best. It was very well organized and had beautiful displays. I bought a few items. I would have bought more, but I wasn't thrilled with how some things looked on me. That is on me. They provided a beautiful breakfast box. I don't even like breakfast but found some very unique snacks and fancy cookies made up just for this occasion. No other store compares to Nordstrom service and selection in my eyes. I love you Nordstrom. Always. read more

I'll never spend a dollar there again! So I took my daughter to Mayfair last week and I ran over to Barnes & Noble to grab a magazine and coffee. when my daughter got back to the car she was in tears. She tells me of how the staff followed her throughout the store! She's a 19 year old college student in UWM Panthers sweater, what the hell did they think was the issue? Were they racially profiling her, were they just being creeps ? I don't know, I asked her about the staff and she told me first a woman asked her if she needed help finding anything, she said she was fine but then staff members took turns following her throughout the store. I have not seen this type of crap since the 90's. read more

I like a lot of the brands that Nordstrom carries but my recent experiences have really turned me off and I'll be shifting my spend elsewhere. So Nordstrom is supposed to equal "great service" but unfortunately this location doesn't seem to have gotten that memo. They've been pushing curbside/store pickup hard during the pandemic and I thought it would be a good solution for something I wanted to order for the Misters birthday. I placed the order, got my confirm ...and waited. After 2 weeks I called and they said I needed to call the store. The person there "thought" my item was there and got rather snippy when I asked them to confirm it. It was there, who knows for how long.... Anyway, pickup was awful - they couldn't find my item (despite confirming it was there) and after several trips back, returned with a filthy, crushed package. The pick up person shoved it my way and immediately started clowning with a coworker. I asked for gift wrap and was told "we don't do that" which translates to "there is a gift wrap station right here and it IS my job but I don't feel like it since I'm busy talking to this coworker I'm hoping to smash later". I paid Nordstrom prices but got WalMart service. Other locations are WAY better but I'll be avoiding this location going forward - it's too bad. This is one of the smallest Nordstroms I've ever seen. However, I recently ran across my facebook memories from 10 years ago saying I wish there were a Nordstrom in WI, now there is one, so there's that. Oddly, none of the departments have their names up eg. "Point of View," so I walked around looking for brands I knew to find the section I wanted. The personal shopper was awesome and helped me get an outfit for an event that I had. I despise shopping and cannot put together outfits to save my life. Overall, small Nordstrom, limited selection, but it's easier than driving to Chicago. I live in Phoenix, so I'll go to the Fashion Square one for most of my needs, but while traveling, this'll do in a pinch. read more

I am a longtime Nordstrom customer, in fact I believe I was there the first day the store opened in my city, well over 20 years ago. I was well pleased with the PROFESSIONAL sales staff, people that I considered family over time as well as the high-end clothing that made a statement each time a piece was worn. Sad to say my recent visit to the location on Michigan Ave. in Chicago and Milwaukee brought a very different feel. Chicago Still has it going on with a full store of phenomenal shoes and clothing (moreso the mens department), however customer service is horrible with the exception of Mario. He was a sharp salesman that has not forgotten what it means to serve customers with a mindset of excellence. Kudos to him! Everyone else I ran across seemed to have their noses elevated. Needless to say, I left and didn't look back. My husband wanted to stop in later that evening. I gave him Mario's name as the salesman to look for. A few days later we visited the Milwaukee location in the mall and they had nothing that jumped out at me including a sales person. The store wasn't crowded and plenty of people were available to assist me. Finally a young lady in the cologne department offered to help. She was kind and apologized for the person that ignored me who was so engaged on his phone. She looked over and was STILL on his phone. Smh! I was so outdone that I couldn't even ask nor look for a manager. I just cannot wrap my mind around what customer service has become. Can it get any poorer (please don't answer that). It's NOTHING like it was when I was growing up. Soooo disheartening to say the least. I turned my mind away from the shoes I wanted to try. In reality, I didn't need them anyway. Shame on you Nordstrom on Michigan Ave. AND Milwaukee! I'm sure the Nordstrom Brothers wouldn't be happy with your ignoring customers (this equals loss of money, honey) and wasting their money on employees who are slackers on their phones on the clock! It certainly didn't start out this way. Kudos to my next stop in Dallas, Tx. at the Galleria. The folks there were kind, professional and accommodating. They represented well and dressed like they worked at Nordstrom, very well put together from head to toe. That's what I'm talking about. Even if you can't shop there, you can look like it. It's pretty far north of Chicago, so much so that it's in the Milwaukee area. Maybe it should be renamed North-strom. Oh, that's kinda what Nord means in a lot of languages. Nordic, for example... which is where Nordstrom comes from. From settlers in the US from Scandinavia. This is a massive old location at the massive Hulk of a mall in Mayfair in the West suburbs of Milwaukee. It's often pretty busy and still looks like it probably would have looked in the seventies or eighties which we actually really liked. Nostalgia. Not trying too hard to update itself and people are still flocking here. Milwaukee seems like a city set in the past and it's keeping its past traditions of actual shopping malls with actual department stores with actual hordes of people alive and well. I'm not sure where the people of Milwaukee get the money to shop at places like this, but they're coming here and long may it continue. Barbie's thoughts: Nordstrom is old school bougie shopping. They have lots of luxury brand items. They also have more affordable brands. They have tons of shoes and clothes and home decor. They have lots of bling jewelry too. I visited the cosmetics department a few months ago and had a really great experience, probably for the first time ever when buying makeup. There was a makeup artist there named Michael, and he was very attentive, and kind, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole experience. He was very knowledgeable, and not pushy at all, like other salespeople are. He did an amazing job picking the right makeup for me and didn't rush me at all in making a decision. I have to say, I walked through that whole store and not one person approached me. Not only did he approach me, but gave me an experience that made me feel valued. I'm giving the store as a whole a low rating due to their overall customer service, but I give Michael 5 stars. Sadly, I learned he's not there anymore, which is a huge loss for Nordstrom. The quality has gone way down in cosmetics since. read more

It's difficult to find someone to help, and when you are ready to make a purchase, they'll say that some other slow worker will be able to check you out. Went to the cosmetics area only on this trip to find a foundation make up. Promptly greeted by Kim, who turned out to be amazing at her job. I told her what I was looking for as far as coverage and definitely fragrance free. She recommended a certain product and gave me two different colors as an application to try. we decided on the second color. She even applied a lovely eye cream and moisturizer as a base. As I was about to make my purchase, but she said wait until next week as they're having a promotion. No big push fora sale or anything like that! How comforting. Better yet, she gave me a small tester pot that would last probably a week to get me through until that time. read more

I've always enjoyed my shopping experience at Nordstrom, they take customer service to the next level. The look of the stores with the open concept makes it easy to see the merchandise and easily find what you are looking for. The entire team wears face masks and so it with flare. A bonus plus about this location at Mayfair Mall is the covered parking. If you live for reward programs there's is the best Nordy notes earned equals more clothes to buy. Nordstrom is an iconic store nationwide with a great selection of name brand items which is difficult to find in Milwaukee. However, Clara the makeup artist is extremely hostile. Being inclusive of one's decision as how they identify doesn't give HER the right to humiliate people that out of habit call her "him". Inclusiveness and understanding of gender pronouns doesn't mean Nordstrom should tolerate customers being admonished and humiliated for not knowing he identifies as a she. read more

Although this is a newer location it is very clear that shopping at Nordstrom is not the same as it used to be. Historically, if you have had a problem with a product - any problem with any product - the customer service team would go out of their way to make the problem right with a customer first attitude. This level of service is why I would routinely purchase full priced garments and often go out of my way to shop there spending thousands of dollars over many years. This was not the case in Wauwatosa on 2/5/2020 at around 2:00 PM. The customer service agent made it very clear that he just wanted me to go away although he was nice enough. Granted my situation was a bit complicated, there wasn't much empathy, care or creativity offered (other than offering me to sign up for a credit card which I have had for 15 years). This came after I reported the issues through the credit card representative who transferred me to someone at the store who promised a return phone call which I never recieved. This is an issue by the way with two pairs of $200 jeans. If you need help with the math that's 10 pairs of $40 jeans. Don't waste your time or money at this store. The selection is roughly 50% of what is found at a typical Nordstrom. Spend your money at a local store instead. Nordstrom has just become another sad example retail not adapting to a hyper competitive landscape . They are in no position to offer anything less than supreme customer service. The icing on the cake too is Wauwatosa Police just killed a kid in the mall's parking lot, so I'd be shocked if this location is dripping with business. I was going to host a special private event at the Michigan Avenue store in Chicago and no longer plan on doing so. I no longer plan on supporting this company. read more

Nordstrom's isn't my favorite store to navigate alone but I decided to schedule my 14 year old son a stylist appointment for homecoming. He hates to shop and I wanted to make the experience as non-stressful as possible. To be honest, I didn't have high hopes because he hates everything I ever pick out for him and was hoping he wouldn't walk out with dress slacks and a polo just to get it over with. We were paired with Cinthia Carillo Satermo as our stylist. Communication before our appointment was smooth and was all done via text (my preference while juggling a household and work). I gave her his sizes and dislikes (skinny jeans) and budget ($200) and she let me know where we would meet the day of (I still might have gone to the wrong door but only because I'm directionally challenged). Cinthia was so sweet when we met. You could really tell she was listening to my son and excited to work with him. Even with our small budget (by Nordstrom standards) she was able to find him a well fitted blazer, dress shirt and pocket scarf that he LOVES and under budget. When my son tries on his outfit you can see his confidence rise. She even showed me shoes that would work with the outfit to give me ideas. The best thing is the items Cinthia picked can be the base of a capsule wardrobe that he can dress up or down and change up easily with other pieces. We are both so pleased with our experience and will definitely be visiting Cinthia again! read more

Have been a "Nordies" fan for over 30 years so I was super happy one was finally coming to the area and I would no longer have to drive to Illinois for my shopping fix (still have too). This is a very nice store yet it is no where near on par with all of the Nordstroms located elsewhere in the US and BELIEVE me, I have been to over 30 of them. For the Milwaukee area, this is a great addition. There is a coffee/ladies who light lunch restaurant as well as (BONUS) a fully stocked bar located within a brewpub style restaurant steps away from the completely underwhelming men's department. There is a terrific cosmetics department that also offers a mani/pedi station. The other department's, ehh pretty much just meh.... My biggest grievance about this particular store is the lack of merchandise - as in quantity overall, lack of selection and diversity. This is the most sparse underutilized Nordstrom space I have been in. The styles that are available are not really of the moment on trend, most seem a bit off, last seasonish. I wish the women's department's would cater more to a worldly stylish woman rather than a wannabe trendy (for MKE) urban teenager. Basically, this store is a big "Brass Plum"rather than a welcoming haven of luxury name luciousness the typical clientele expects. There is enough empty space on all three levels that this can easily be rectified. All of the sales staff are extremely friendly and helpful at this location although I believe suggestions fall upon deaf ears in regards to management (why after a year do you still ONLY carry skinny jeans - no boot cut, flare, highcut?) They offer FREE alterations on purchases usually finished in an hour or two. If you find something you love and they don't have it (more than likely, unfortunately, they won't!) they will have it shipped to you free from another location usually within 2 days. Just a little effort and this could be a great store. read more

The attitude of the sales personnel makes a difference if I'm treated well I want to spend money in your store since I feel comfortable. The men's department it's not as diverse and assorted with higher quality brands, seems the Milwaukee location doesn't have things that are available in Chicago and New York, what does that say about the population that we can't afford them? the attitude of the sales personnel is very rude, presumptuous and just plain disgusting with the looks and tones of how the speak with clients. They need to consider their manners and social skills if they want to succeed as a respectable store and until then I won't be purchasing here. I prefer to go to Chicago for that matter. I've been a Nordstrom shopper forever and have loved the Lingerie Dept. The sales staff are helpful and really knowable. A few months ago, I bought several pieces of lingerie but had one bra that after 4 tries just wasn't right so I wanted to return/exchange it. Instead of usual nice reception you get at Nordstrom's, the manager told me the rolling wire on the bra was common and not really considered a problem. When I said I found it uncomfortable, she suggested I donate the bra to charity. Reluctantly she offered me credit which I declined. I will donate the bra- I will start shopping at Soma-I won't be shopping at Nordstrom's Lingerie. read more

I was visiting from NYC with a friend and I desperately needed a pair of rain boots. I had scoured many stores in New York, and could not find a pair that I liked. Upon entering the shoe department, I found several great options, and was immediately helped by Lanny. She was absolutely amazing and so helpful, giving me honest feedback about how different pairs looked on me. She was also incredibly sweet with my friend's daughter. I ended up with a gorgeous pair of quilted Hunter boots, but I knew they wouldn't fit in my suitcase. Lanny graciously offered to ship them directly to my house. I was so excited to hear a Nordstrom store was opening in Milwaukee and have been met with nothing but disappointment over that last few years. Some of the service is fine, but I have had so many poor experiences that all the mediocre has been overshadowed. First, when attempting to return a jacket that had gotten a tear in shoulder after one wear I was accused of stealing. I was told that I was unable to return the jacket even though I had the paper receipt in my hand at the time. Next, my mother bought me a pair of jeans during the holiday shop that she was going to give me for Christmas. This was a pair of designer jeans that I met with a seamstress to get tailored to my desire. When I received the pants a couple months later on Christmas morning, the tailoring had never been done! Recently I purchased shampoo and conditioner online and received an incorrect item instead of the conditioner. I was going to be at the mall one morning so I decided to bring the return in, rather than ship it back. The girl at the customer service counter had no clue what she was doing. She had to call someone on her walkie-talkie to be talked through what to do. After 10/15 minutes of her on the phone she says that she needs to call the shipping company before she can do anything. It just felt like I was being accused of stealing again, not to mention the fact that I had other appointments that day I needed to get to. So I just took it back and left. Those are just some highlights of what has been an absolutely horrible experience with Nordstrom in Milwaukee. My family spends such an incredible amount of money with the company, to feel as though I am being accused of theft on multiple occasions is just ridiculous. At this point in time I will be working to cut Nordstrom out of my regular shopping routine. read more

When Nordstrom first arrived in Milwaukee I was excited to shop in their store. I think Nordstrom as a brand is a great company and a company that treats its customers fairly and with respect. Unfortunately my satisfaction with this particular location is quite low. I realized this heavily after I moved to Chicago and started shopping at other Nordstrom stores, mainly that being the location on Michigan Ave. 1: The men's furnishings department here is neglected. Some men enjoy wearing jewelry such as bracelets, rings, etc. At this location you will be hard pressed to find anything of the sort. Sure, they'll offer to special order something for you. But part of the fun is being able to try things on! 2: They sell Ted Baker watches. I asked the sales associate in the men's watch area to size it for me. She refused and stated they "don't do that" in men's, but directed me to go upstairs to women's jewelry. I did that and could immediately tell the sales associate there was not pleased I had been directed there. She did not have the correct pins to size my watch, nor did anyone in the men's department. In fact even the jewelry manager stated that the sizing pins were damaged many months ago and never replaced. One would think at a store with a Nordstrom level of quality you could expect them to be able to size a watch for you from a brand that they sell. I brought my watch to Nordstrom in Chicago and they were stunned in disbelief when I told them the above issue. 3: In the men's clothing area, I have never been able to browse for more than a few moments without being flooded by sales associates. I appreciate the assistance. But when a customer tells you twice that they are just browsing and will seek assistance when needed, they should respect that. 4: About a year ago I was trying to decide between two different scarves. It was the fall season and wanted one to wear with some of my outfits. I told the sales associate I was having trouble deciding between the two drastically different colors. His response: "you're so silly." And then proceeded to walk away. Gee...I'm glad I'm providing some comedy for you but I actually really would have appreciated some opinion! 5: The final straw. On my last visit, I visited the Clinique area to pick up a few products. The sales associate was almost defensive when I asked questions about a few of the newer products available. For example, I asked if one of the new moisturizers was better than a seemingly comparable product. The response was "no" without any further explanation. I no longer live in Milwaukee so this is no longer my Nordstrom. I have nothing but praise for the Chicago location but this store needs a wake up call. For the money people are spending in this store the service and product offerings should be much improved. read more

I want to shop in peace. 95% of the fun of *going* to the store itself is touching the products, sampling the scents, waltzing around and seeing what grabs your fancy. When there's someone basically following you around the store asking if you "need help??" every 2 freakin minutes, it sorta kills my buzz. This a HUGE reason why, if I know what I want, I do not go to the store to get it. It's not a relaxing, enjoyable experience for me anymore. I am an introvert. I don't like to talk to people, sorry. If my headphones are on, that means,"go away", not "please try to get my attention over the music I'm clearly enjoying". I love Nordstrom customer service--when I want customer service. Employees and patrons. I did see a few sweatshirt and Jeans clad men like myself, but for the most part, beautiful people who seemed to get dressed up to go shopping! The staff is polite and helpful and I did manage to find a shirt and pants for an upcoming trip to Vegas! I was tickled pink that Nordie's was finally coming to our area. And it is a drop dead gorgeous store. But it has broken my heart. There is really no ladies plus size department. If you want that---you go online. Yep, I can do that from home. I don't need to come here to find out I can't get it except online. It feels a little insulting, I'm afraid. I am excited about the Jo Malone counter in perfume. I have been picking up Jo Malone on my travels because I couldn't get it here and I am delighted that I can now get it in town. But each department that I visited, while absolutely lovely, has very little selection. Some of the brands that I love I realize I will either order online or have to go to Old Orchard to get. It makes me kinda sad. As I said, it's lovely. But it isn't meeting my needs at this point. And I'm a little bummed about that. read more

I've been a loyal Nordstrom shopper for over twenty years now. Road trips to Old Orchard were a regular thing for me. I'm not trying to be a snob; it's just that I knew I could count on Nordstrom for good quality, reasonably priced work clothes. Things that would last and last and still be fashionable. And then, the shoe department of course, as well as the cosmetics and fragrance departments, all with the famous Nordstrom dedication to customer satisfaction. When the downtown Nordstrom opened, I added that to my rotation, and that, too, is an excellent and dependable store. So when I heard that Nordstrom was opening right here in Wauwatosa, I was overjoyed. However... I understand the market is very, very different from the Chicago area. That said, the Tosa Nordstrom is more like a pop-up store. They carry a severely edited line of Nordstrom's stock items, so very edited that items that are standard at the other stores must be ordered online. I find this store to be more of a boutique store where I pick up odds and ends, not a store where I can fulfill my needs, as I do at the Chicago area Nordstrom stores. Very disappointing. read more

This store needs a STRONG LESSON in Nordstrom culture and customer service!! Abysmal I am a Nordstrom veteran! Not only have I worked for Nordstrom on and off over the years - my mom was a buyer for 10 years! I grew up at that store (because of mom) and my first job when I turned 16 was working the Anniversary sale. I even worked privately for a few members of the NOrdstrom family when i lived in seattle. So needless to say, Nordstrom is my jam. I tend to shop only in Seattle and Chicago but I had a few returns and I happen to be passing through Milwaukee so I thought I would check out Mayfair. The store is beautiful and spacious and well laid out. I'll give you credit for that. But that is where it ends. The HALLMARK of Nordstrom is that they take anything back and customer is always right. That's why I shop there!! Seattle gets it. Chicago gets it. Milwaukee does not get it!! I can go to JC Penneys if I want to be treated like a nuisance. I had two dresses that I wanted to return that had the return sticker on the price tag. The employee that helped me did not know how to facilitate the return and questioned me several times on my purchase and what card did I use, etc etc. Thankfully someone else stepped in and told the employee that if they had the return sticker you can always return it. (NOte: you can return anything Nordstrom). Side story: Last summer when I was in Seattle a pair of jeans I bought a few years back ripped in the crotch and I went in to BP and they looked at it and returned it - handed me cash - no receipt no looking up of account, nothing. Just "sorry that happened, here is replacement cash" and I bought another pair of jeans with that money! Anyway, after the returning fiasco I told the employee that I needed another pair of dressy pants. After describing what I wanted, I asked her to direct me where to go. She said she would help me - but she honestly had zero clue. She walked with me to POV and was just pointing out random pants. I feel like I was telling her how to help a customer. And then she took me back to BP dressing rooms to try it on. I'm clearly not the BP age bracket. Anyway, no one checked on me. When I took the pair out that I was thinking about purchasing, I asked another employee if they would hold it for me. She was chatting with another employee and when I interrupted them to ask them to hold the pants, they looked at me like I was crazy. I felt so out of place and intrusive. That is the OPPOSITE of Nordstrom culture. Honestly, when I shop in Seattle and Chicago those employees go out of their freaking way to make sure you get what you need. I've heard that Milwaukee is lacking, but I'm here to say that it is true. My interactions with four separate employees was terrible. Needless to say, I will stick to my favorite stores in other states and bypass Mayfair. Please Store Manager or HR personnel - focus on Nordstrom culture with your employees!! Now the not so good: - dumbed down selection - repetitive shoe selection - shoes are cross-merchandised in different areas and not much different from Macy's selection and certainly not more interesting - handbags and accessories are lame - and the worst, the plus selection is shameful and incredibly dumbed down I was so, SO excited Nordstrom was opening. I'm heartbroken this is what we got. I've been to the store 3 times - just yesterday in fact - and the selection looked even slimmer. So, I'm back to shopping online and stopping the flagship in Seattle when I visit. read more

I love going to Nordstrom, always great service and always better quality. This particular one seemed a tad smaller than others I've visited across the country, yet still able to maintain the good brand their stores have. A good stop while in Milwaukee area. read more

Finally, a decent shoe department in the state of Wisconsin. Thank you Nordstrom! I love Nordstrom overall and shop their stores and order online. So glad to see the new store in Wauwatosa. I wish it were larger and had more selection, but it's still pretty great. My only complaint is that I am a card holder and a GOOD customer, but I have not been receiving any mail about the new store opening or upcoming events. I suppose that may be because I live in Madison. However, I work in Wauwatosa 2-3 days/week, so I have the opportunity to pop over there often. During my first visit I found a sale item I loved. It wasn't in my size, but the woman working the section I was in promptly placed an order from another store and had it shipped to me. This was on a Monday and the item was delivered to my door on Thursday. I'm excited to have a store nearby and hope it does well so they can keep their inventory levels high. read more

Went there to buy a $600 suit so I wanted to get measured first by an employee. There was an employee at the register with the same customer for about 20 minutes. There was a woman at the service desk near by on the phone for 20 minutes. No one else around. This was my first experience at a Nordstrom store and I was not impressed at all. I knew stuff was more expensive so I expected better service. This wasn't the case. I ended up going to Macy's and buying a quality suit for $300. I guess I should be thanking Nordstrom for saving me $300. read more

Most useless people that can't seem to get anything right. This is disappointing for Nordstrom. They need to send someone to secret shop these employees, because this is not the customer service I'm use to. Don't work with Michael in the women's shoe department nor the manager who oversees them. Michael was too busy rolling his eyes and be over dramatic to pay attention to what he was doing. I wanted booties in leather and he order them in suede. Now, in between the time I realized the order was wrong (once I received the confirmation email), the leather had sold out in my size (within an hour)! They could not cancel the order, so I called the store, since I had left at this point. They said they could not cancel the order yet, but the floor manager said she could cancel it once it got to a certain point. Did she actually do what she said she was going to do? NOPE! Just received an email confirmation that the shoes shipped. So I am now receiving a $200 pair of booties, I DID NOT WANT! Pay attention next time Michael instead of being horrible at your job and shame on you, whoever the floor manager was. She clearly can't do her job either. I see where the employees take after. I'd avoid this Nordstrom and take the short ride to a better location in the Chicagoland area. Do better next time Mayfair! read more

As others have mentioned, the selection is not as vast as the downtown Chicago location but that is a flagship store so you can't really compare the two. I find the staff in this store to be incredibly friendly and the inventory options available get the job done. Their kids selection is great, I love that they carry Topshop and the activewear section is pretty robust. Definitely an upgrade in shopping experience when compared with other Milwaukee department stores. read more

Beautiful store,I love the gallery like environments with the distinct lighting, store fixtures and art work. Very hip, sexy and fashionable. I only wish they'd step up the assortment with edgier brands, a home store selling gifts, but I guess being it's Milwaukee they have to keep it more conservative. I wish them tons of success. read more
