I have two reviews here. First, I started a program with Nore as my trainer and she's just beyond fantastic. Warm, knowledgeable, and she's led me to remarkable improvement in a very short time. My body has been totally transformed because she's great at working all the muscle groups. I have some health issues, and she tailors our sessions to address my unique needs. Plus she's super fun and makes the workouts go by quickly. Then there's Ray. He's also a trainer, but I'm singing his praises as a masseuse. He *fixes* me. He's both extremely knowledgeable about the body AND intuitive. He finds the trouble spots - the knots, the tight areas, etc and works them out in one session. It's really what I've wanted from a massage forever but he's the first one I've found who can actually solve the problems showing up in my body. I couldn't recommend him more! read more

Nore makes you feel really comfortable when training with her. I met her about 5 years ago during a group training and it is very affordable and doable! She really works with you and makes you feel empowered! I just moved back to the east bay and started doing the group training again at 5am still very affordable and doable. 5am is so good because I get my exercise in and pushes me to make good choices on food all day long! And pushes me to sleep early. I would give Nore 10 if I could. read more

I have a history of knee problems and was recouping from ankle surgery when I started with Nore. I had stopped exercising all together and was carrying extra weight. Moving, walking, lifting had become strenuous activity. I started seeing Nore, twice a week. She planned my cardio/lifting routine around my limitations. I found after a very short time, I regained flexibility in my knees, my body started to regain tone and strength and I had more energy in general into my second month with her. Nore is friendly, dependable, flexible ,professional as well as knowledgeable in her craft. She is tune and attentive during her sessions. The facility is clean with well maintained equipment. My mom and I met Nore at a "I Never Worry" retreat last year in October and she told us that she does personal training. She gave me her business card and I decided to give her a call a few days before Christmas. She's the sweetest person you'll ever met and full of energy. Nore is the truth! I've just completed week two and I feel amazing! I'm definitely going to come back in a few months with result pictures. What I can say from being a newbie, she is professional, punctual, flexible, knowledgeable. She always comes into work with a smile on her face, good music and killer workouts. I started training with Nore Bluitt in March of 2017. As a full-time employed single mother and finishing up school, I thought I had no time for anything else.
