They also replaced my faucet, and I could not put my PUR water filtration system back on the faucet, so they came back over the next day free of charge and purchased an adapter and put it on for me. After 25 long years, we've finally found a plumber who's a keeper!…read more We discovered a leak on a Saturday, which had already damaged our kitchen ceiling and threatened our cabinets and hardwood floors. Unable to find the source ourselves, we contacted several plumbers and had to turn off our water for three days until help arrived. Kline & Kavali were the first to return our call on Monday morning, and although they couldn't come until first thing Tuesday morning, they arrived exactly when promised. Our serviceman, Nick, introduced himself, got right to work troubleshooting, and quickly isolated the issue. He clearly explained our repair options and efficiently completed the work. Nick was courteous, knowledgeable, and thoroughly cleaned up when he finished--other than the hole in our ceiling, you'd never know he'd been there. I was a little leery when he said the "bill would be in the mail," but was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the cost was when the bill arrived.
