Great friendly service. Ladies were really nice and offers us samples so we could decide what to order. We enjoyed the fresh yummy teriyaki chicken! Was perfect and tasted fresh. The noddles were cooked right and they didn't use an immense amount of oil like other places. They had food ready in less than 3 minutes to my surprise. Our food was cooked on the spot. Easily the worst food I've ever eaten. This in no way resembled Japanese food at all. I ordered a bento box with tempura vegis instead of shrimp. The only thing that I could stomach was the rice and sushi but they didn't even have wasabi. They used some sort of ranch dressing on the salad instead of the sesame every other Japanese restaurant uses. The vegis were disgusting. They seemed to have a similar breading to my two. I ordered two chicken teriyaki meals. One of them was supposed to be double meat for an extra 4.99 but there was no difference between the regular and the double. I watched them prepare it and what I got was mostly crumbles and tiny bits instead of real pieces of chicken. The meat did not even look like chicken. It looked more like thin shredded slices than actual chunks of meat. On top of that the staff offered no customer service. No smiles and no friendliness. Plus, we didn't realize that they charged us for the pricier tempura udon instead of the vegetarian udon we ordered until we were almost done picking at our meal and found the little baggie of shrimp tempura they set to the side. They stated that it was one drink per entree despite the fact we just wanted a cup of water... not bottled water but literally water from the tap. Total... $16 What comes with the bento box? Teriyaki chicken on steamed white rice, salad with dressing, California roll (4pcs), pickled ginger, wasabi paste, shrimp tempura (2pcs), sweet potato tempura (2pcs), and 1 packet of soy sauce. Now... what I really got! Decent but at the bottom scale factor teriyaki chicken on steamed white rice, salad with unknown white dressing (wasn't even sure if it was ranch), California rolls that wasn't fresh, pickled ginger, runny & watered down wasabi sauce, from the frozen section of what was probably from Grocery Outlet breaded style panko crumb shrimp that is no where near a tempura batter (2pcs), breaded panko style sweet potato (2pcs), and 1 packet of soy sauce. Didn't really read the reviews until I ordered my Chicken Teriyaki and checked in on Yelp. If I did, I might have gotten lunch during my shopping break somewhere else. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't something I'd order again. They did give a lot of rice, and that may have been the best thing, because the rice actually had good texture the way I like it, not mushy. The teriyaki chicken didn't have a good teriyaki flavor, and they weren't so generous with the side of veggies. And the service wasn't the friendliest. But I was starving from my shopping, and I ate almost all of it pretty quick. read more

I had the deluxe bento box $11.99 plus tax. (No drink) it looks like a pretty sweet set-up. Side salad; supposedly miso-ginger but it tasted like a weak ranch, California Roll; INEDIBLE, it was dry and tasted terrible, tempura shrimp; also INEDIBLE, fried all to hell and I don't think there were any shrimp inside, ALSO, to make up for that -they gave me "extra" - I received some coin purses (no filling in them any longer, it looks to have melted out hours ago, they were old and tough, I tried one gyoza and quickly put the thick-dry skinned rock down before biting all the way through. Moving on, I tried the chicken and rice...tastes and looks lovely (finally!!!!) but the chicken wasn't really chopped up so it was all connected in one piece pretty much.
