Unfortunately no, I had to call yet again, left a voicemail informing them that my next call would be to the Better Business Bureau, with the disclaimer that I really didn't want to have to take that step on a locally owned, family business that many customers have been very happy with for so many years, and then a follow up email along the same lines. It would have been nice to hear something from someone, a return call letting us know that they were now coming to get them, or a return email saying as much. But no, none of that, just that the bins are now gone. So I guess that's that, no steps taken that would improve my original rating, but the bare minimum met after two months and a lot of hassle. Original Review: When we purchased and moved into our new house, there were four L&W trash bins outside that the previous owner apparently utilized, as they are quite full. We spoke to the previous owner to remind them since it was evidently an oversight during their moving out process. They said they would speak to the family member that I guess works for this company and made the arrangements to get four at one time, and have them taken away. That did not happen. So we called ourselves, let them know, it's not a big deal, but please come get them now. They said they do not service our street. We said we understand that, but the fact remains, that someone made arrangements to have so many trash bins here even outside of your regular service area, and we need them removed. Gave them the address, they said they would take care of it. That did not happen. Waited several weeks later, busy with moving and various new home tasks, no one has come to take the bins, or contacted us regarding the delay. So I called again, left a voicemail with a reminder of the situation, our address, my name and phone number, in case they had questions that needed answering in order to make this happen. Now that was more than a week ago, still no answer, no call back, and still four very full trash bins sitting and stinking in the scorching summer sun alongside our driveway. What magic words do we need to say for you to come get these trash bins?

When the previous job was taking longer than expected, they immediately contacted me to find a time to reschedule and even made themselves available to me earlier than the rescheduled time. Christian and Lucas were fast, efficient and friendly. The packed up, transported and unloaded everything in under 2 hours and never complained, even though it was raining, humid and 90 degrees. They took care with my things and followed all the directions I had asked of them. I am wondering why I didn't think to use this service sooner!

I paid a 99$ deposit to confirm my time slot. When the movers arrived, there were 3 of them. The crew assured me the cost would be the same because with 3 of them they would finish faster. They did finish in well under an hour but then they are trying to overcharge me an additional 80$ for the extra mover that I didn't request. They are threatening me with "legal action" in an attempt to extort/scare me into paying. I only accepted the extra mover on their word the cost would be the same. This is not a good business practice.
