He also proved to me that the contraption in bathrooms that trips electric current when an electric razor or hairdryer accidentally falls into a basin of water was actually working and did not need to be replaced. John was prompt, worked cleanly and was professional. His company should help their employees who interface directly with the public with PPE. I had extra masks and I gave him one.
