Even though I don't pay until the fifth I had to have everything out and cleaned by the first which is messed up bc he didn't give me the whole time period he had cut me off by 5 days for the initial moving outand another reason I wasn't a fan was yea they were close to where I live but they are pretty expensive too. Has no selection for smaller units only big ones I only seen one smaller unit which was taken. I recommend the place I moved too instead in Washington Illinois called mini max storage they are way cheaper. Might be a drive but least your not paying an expensive rate!

Their rental agreement says that they don't cover any damage to property. Go figure. I'm trying to see what is salvageable and what isn't, but it looks like I'm going to have to buy new furniture--a moving cost I wasn't planning to incur. Don't put yourself in the same situation I'm in--rent a storage unit from somewhere else!

Upon arriving, the code provided did not work and it took 45 mins to get to the unit. The maintenance guy came around with a dog. Once I opened the unit, I was shocked and appalled at what I saw. The ceiling was falling in and what looked like bed bug shells were present. I emailed the owner and explained my dissatisfaction with the unit. Instead of offering a new unit (glad he didn't), he refunded me my money without issues. Be Aware of this storage location
