We lived here for a year in a two bedroom apartment. It was an ok first apartment. The bedrooms,…read morekitchen, and living room was very large, a big plus. The air conditioners worked well. Our apartment had an on suite bathroom to the master, that was a perk. The pet fee is also reasonable. The rent was 805 but would be going up if we stayed. Unfortunately that's where the positives stop. The bathrooms were very outdated, and tile next to our toilet was cracked and missing on the bottom and the ceiling above the tub was cracked and was moulding. We reported both of these things, they didn't help us. The closet doors constantly fall off because their are no tracks on the bottom. The laundry machines were constantly broken and went up 50 cents per machine while we lived there. One washer and one dryer for 24 units was a huge problem. Our upstairs neighbors were very loud, especially at night and our apartment and the hallway always smelled like marijuana. I had to call the police on our across the hall neighbor, as her adult son who "didn't live there" was always there and they got into huge screaming matches. Another neighbor accused me of being lazy because I was unaware of a broken washer but still had to do two loads, she swore at me and also told me I was inconsiderate. I had offered her roommate the opportunity to do their laundry first since I knew mine would be a while, they, with an attitude, declined. Another neighbor left his dogs poop bags on his porch, constantly. The hallway carpets were dark green and super stained, likely never replaced or cleaned. We were told we were getting new carpets, that didn't happen for us. The parking also sucks, same people always parked in the good spots, the garbage is at the end of the three building parking lot. Also, mid way through our lease, the well known office staff disappeared and two new random people were there, unfortunate because Jim and Jill were helpful a lot of the time. The pool was closed a lot, apparently no life guards wanted work... you also had to pay an extra $20 to access the gym after hours. Office is closed on Sunday.

You definitely should not live here. The management is horrible. They don't mow the lawn, they…read moredon't salt in the winter (i fell and my face was bruised because I slipped on the ice, and they practically said, so what.) Our water heater was promised to be fixed when we moved in and now being 7 months later, it's still not fixed. They put a "new" carpet in our townhouse before we moved in, but it's such horrible quality that it has broke a dyson vacuum($500.00) and our neighbors vacuum when we borrowed it for about 50 sq. feet when our broke, and now our new dirt devil vacuum. The grass outside is about a foot long(no joke, this place just got fined for it today) and they say that their mower is in the shop.. but right out front of their office it's mowed, and the buildings around the office. This place is ridiculous.

Very poor management. This property is classified as a luxury apartment, but I do not see anything…read morethat reflects a luxury standard. Even the appliances provided are very low quality and appear inexpensive. When issues are reported via email and in person, management does not respond, and even follow-up emails are ignored. I live in the tall towers and experience frequent nightmare disturbances, which have caused ongoing sleep issues. Management does not take noise complaints seriously and shows little to no effort to resolve them. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property to anyone considering living here.

So I haven't even gotten my furniture yet, but I'm going to go ahead and 5 Star this place already…read more IF, and that's a Big if, my experience changes, y'all know I'm going to update the review. But here it goes. I know it's summer time. I say that because from what I've heard, the winters here are disgusting! Something about lake effect snow? Never mind that, but snow period? Who lives in snow? Anyways... right now, early July, and this place is beautiful! There's green grass everywhere. A gorgeous pool. The leasing office has also two GIANT rooms, one with bar and kitchen and another theatre room with a 80" TV. Both are available for rent for parties. Both UNDER $100 for renting. That same building also houses a very decent gym. Think of your standard hotel gym, then double it. Everything brand new. The gym is accessible 24/7 with the residents key fob. And there are bathrooms and drinking fountains, so you don't even need to bring your own water bottle (theoretically) nor worry about going outside to pee in the pool in between sets. Y'all see the pics I added? The dog park is lovely. It's a tad far from me, but the dogs won't mind the walk. And it's segregated. As in, one park for smaller dogs and one park for larger ones. Which is GREAT! For one, I've seen ONLY dogs smaller than mine so far, and two, one of my dogs is a bit of a guard dog. Literally. She's very protective and aggressive (at first until she deems the threat no longer exists). So despite her being adored by all, at first meeting, she can be kinda scary. And with both dogs being 80lbs, it's understandable that they are scary. But with two parks, there's no worry. The apartment I have is a 1 Bedroom. So it's in a 3 story building. However, bigger 2+ bedroom places are in actual little houses, also with garages. Now the 1 bedroom I have is 800+ square feet and the attached garage is an extra $100. Not mandatory, but I have two motorcycles and yes, I'm going to keep them inside. So the garage essentially was NOT optional for me lol. But it's kinda cool set up. So I drive around to the side of my building, press my garage door opener, and enter into the garage. From there, there is one door. That door leads into the hallway of the buildings first floor. So I never have to go outside. Pretty dope. Also, I live on the first floor because I have two pets. Let's are NOT allowed in the common areas, which is actually kinda cool. You need have to worry about coming in or out of the building and being greeted by my two 80lb dogs that won't be as happy to see you as you might be them lol. So all pet owners, first floor, and you take them out your back patio to enter / exit the building. The mailboxes are located inside. That's a plus. Out the back patio, they are planting grass and trees, so it's going to look really nice. It's not completed yet, because my building is brand new, as is most (but not all) of this complex. In fact, nobody has ever lived in my apartment yet. Just me. I'm first. And the building is super nice and clean looking. And there's only 3 total residents in my building so far. There's even a small lake (pond is guess is more accurate) right across from the dog park and main entrance. Although I just signed for the keys and haven't moved in yet (I'm still living in the hotel), this place gets 5 of em.. and again, if things change then they change, and I'll update it. But if I don't, then that means this place stayed legit! Call and talk to Tammy in the leasing office! She's been a great help throughout the entire moving process!

This one is on Grand Island and I made the reservation from the moment I walked in. I was greeted by Kristy who greeted us warmly, and went way above and beyond to make us. The Office space was clean, nicely appointed, very accessible, and had clean large accessible ladies room. It was easily accessible by quick UBER ride from our hotel. I would highly recommend the HQ, Graham Island, and and particularly grateful to Kristie for making our stay very comfortable.

Shady leasing practices and/or blatant discrimination:…read more Maddie from Goldwyn corresponded with us about this property and set up a showing with us - she led us to believe a unit was available and at no time did she mention the unit was spoken for. I showed up for the tour and the first thing she says is that there's already an application in on the unit but will show it to me anyway ... why? Then she mentions there's another similar unit coming available so proceeds to show me the spoken for unit ... okay, no problem. I assume this is done so that I am able to see a unit and just apply for the coming unit. At the end of the showing, Maddie now tells me that the second unit coming available *also* has an application in on it already. Um ... why wasn't this mentioned at the start of the tour? Now - I understand that leasing agents perhaps secure "plan B" prospects in case a current application on a unit goes through - fine. But why the hell wouldn't this be disclosed to me before I waste my time driving an hour round trip for the showing? Shouldn't it be my decision as to whether I choose to bother viewing the units when any coming available are already spok en for? And - why was it okay to lead me to believe that another unit was available until the end of the tour - only to tell me that this unit, too, was suddenly spoken for? I had mentioned that the unit was for my wife and I (we're a gay couple). Seems like the units were suddenly 'spoken for' after this discovery. I have never, ever, had a leasing agent not tell me that an application was already in for a unit I was interested in before choosing to view it. Either this was blatant unprofessionalism or blatant discrimination. Either way - don't rent from these people.
