If you're thinking about moving to ANY YES comminities, DON'T, unless you want to kiss your security deposit goodbye. They will not return it to you under ANY circumstance, regardless of the condition you leave the unit in. They will charge you for the following month after your move out date with bogus charges. It doesn't matter if you pay the $1000 termination fee either. They will ignore an attorney's demand letter. They know that you'll have to spend that and more litigating or going to small claims court. My advice if you're already living in one, save your money, repair and cleaning expenses, and time, and just move out whenever you're ready. If they're gonna steal your money, make them earn it. They manage several mobile home communities throughout the country and are doing business under several aliases, such as Chafee Pines, Crystal Spring Estates, Woodland Estates, Oceanway Village, Oaks of Atlantic Beach, Hidden Oaks, and the Palms of Archer. So verify who you're signing contracts with.

The staff is very polite and helpful. They go out of their way to help you. The Breakers is very clean. When we first moved in safety was my number one concern because, I have a child. We had an issue with a female who I can only assume is an employee of this company as they were…read morebringing in a mobile home to their US 17 location approximately 1 year ago. As I see it, she had one job - to stop traffic in one direction so the truck hauling the home could make their turn into the dealership. Rather than safely stopping traffic, the short, rotund employee (sorry I don't have a better description) stopped her pickup truck in the right lane of traffic with no indication of why she was stopping, so traffic started passing her on the left as anyone would do. We were following others (I'm guessing we were about the 7th car) and as we were almost parallel with her door, she jumped out in front of us and put her chubby little hands in the air and screamed, "Stop!" scaring my sister in law who was driving and mother in the front seat. She then starts cursing, "F*** [this] and F*** [that], can't you see the [mobile home moving truck], etc." First of all this was very dangerous for her to jump in front of a moving vehicle,; second she was super lazy for not doing her job as she just stopped in the road and didn't bother to exit her vehicle to stop traffic safely, but rather jumps out after she's been sitting there acting put out that other drivers can't read her mind; and last, rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and offensive as she literally screamed vulgar language through the passenger side window in my 93 year old mother's face. There was no way to see around traffic in front of us to the mover she was screeching about as exhibited by the several cars in front of us who also went around her. They obviously couldn't see it either because she had traffic stopped so far back that all you saw was an empty lane. I can only assume she was untrained and maybe they found her on the street that morning and hired her with zero qualifications. Or maybe she is a relative of the owner out on parole. I don't know, but this was by far one of the most reckless, classless and nastiest rednecks I have ever encountered. To this woman/girl (if you can read): get some class, learn some professionalism and get off your rear and do your job properly and stop blaming everyone else for your failures. To the company: this review is to let you know the the kind of person you have representing you.
