Their price was almost half of the other bids we received. The work only took one day and both of the guys were incredibly friendly and fun as they worked. This company uses galvanized metal parts - essential for the salt air in Florida. In our case, they left the existing anchors in place and added the new pieces next to them, according to code. The house actually felt more secure underfoot after they were done. Perhaps that's because they added an extra support column where they noted we needed it. They also solved a drain problem we didn't know about (a plumber had left a pipe leaking). And they performed a "skirting switch-aroo" for me, moving some skirting that had paint on it behind bushes and putting the prettiest pieces in front. I mean, how great is that?? We met with Steve and his wife Dawn at a restaurant to sign the contract and gave them half of the money up front, then paid the rest (plus a tip!) upon completion. I recommend Steve and his company highly. We couldn't be happier with their work!

Even Champion Mobile Home Manufacturing doesn't like dealing with him because of his shady dealing. No matter what he promises you do not believe him, Just go on over to Wayne Frier Mobile Home services and have some facts upon your purchase. Also the lady working in his office is just as crooked and deceitful as he is. He is like the used car dealer everyone warns you about.

We saw another family walking around however when a couple came in who looked like this woman who worked there she was showing them around giving them options and going into details about the homes. It left the other family and us wondering why this couple was worthy of customer service and the two of us (families) were not.

If you're thinking about moving to ANY YES comminities, DON'T, unless you want to kiss your security deposit goodbye. They will not return it to you under ANY circumstance, regardless of the condition you leave the unit in. They will charge you for the following month after your move out date with bogus charges. It doesn't matter if you pay the $1000 termination fee either. They will ignore an attorney's demand letter. They know that you'll have to spend that and more litigating or going to small claims court. My advice if you're already living in one, save your money, repair and cleaning expenses, and time, and just move out whenever you're ready. If they're gonna steal your money, make them earn it. They manage several mobile home communities throughout the country and are doing business under several aliases, such as Chafee Pines, Crystal Spring Estates, Woodland Estates, Oceanway Village, Oaks of Atlantic Beach, Hidden Oaks, and the Palms of Archer. This center has 4 ways in and out- one access off Southside is a right turn only- in and out. The plaza only has one entrance/exit that allows for left turns and that is at the most Western part of the center- entering to Metro Diner and FedEx. This in/out is most dangerous at rush hour. The anchor store is a large gym- Bailey's Gym. Add an assortment of restaurants, nail and spa services, pack and ship stores and more- it is a packed full shopping center. Another shopping center to be careful driving through!
