I brought my boots in two days ago and the gentleman looked them over and agreed, new toe and heal tabs and new heels. I paid the man and was told it would be done within a week. Cash payment got a little discount too! Today I received a text that the boots were ready and I returned to the store. The boots were repaired very well, shined and happy camper here. Beyond that, I was impressed by several observations. First, they are unlike some stores I've seen with one person surrounded by piles of stuff, often unrelated to the shoe business. Two people were working there when I visited which suggests they get more than enough business to keep them busy and people must be coming back, repeat business. Also, the store was all about shoes with good selection of things one may want to care for leather and shoes. For me, looking for a shoe repair shop, this place is aces and I will be back.
