Unfortunately, he was clearly left to manage a situation that was not his responsibility. This failure sits squarely with ownership. After months of waiting, I was eventually told to contact Charlie, the owner. I called multiple times. He was never available. No return calls. No follow-up. No ownership. When I finally returned in person, I was shocked to learn the purse had now been "worked on"--except instead of being repaired, it had been made worse. What was once a single compromised compartment is now a completely unusable bag. Both compartments are affected. No clear explanation was given--only that it "cannot be fixed." After nearly seven months of delays, broken promises, and complete lack of communication, I was handed back a sentimental, irreplaceable item in worse condition than when I left it. I left in tears.
