Ben Adams and Darin worked well beyond my expectations in replacing the old cedar wood trim on the glass railing on my deck. Together the two men worked as one with ideas and communication to creatively complete a difficult job. The new pressure treated wood was carefully routered to hold the glass perfectly to display the beautiful lake. The estimate was fair; the work was efficiently and professionally done. I will continue to call only them for all of my future projects. Thank you Ben and Darin.

I definitely would not hire this company. I accidentally left water running in a half bath and it…read moredripped down into my basement. It was small area in my basement with a cement floor. There was an area rug that got wet. Definitely my fault. They were here for about 2 1/2 hours and got the water up. They took the floorboards out of my half bath and the vanity out and put in a heater and some type of metal things on the floor. In the basement they put fans and a heater and used my dehumidifier. This was on a Sunday. They came back on Wednesday to check if everything was dry. That man was here for about 15 minutes. I asked him at that time if he had any idea of what the cost would be and my recollection was that he told me maybe around two which I took to mean $2000. They didn't come back again until Friday when they took all their equipment out of here. I then got an invoice from them a few days later for $3147. If they had just come and shut the water off and told me how much it would be I never would've hired them. I have two wet vacs and could've easily gotten the water up and I could've bought fans and heaters for that amount of money. When I called to complain about it, they told me that the man had told me that it would be between two and three but it wasn't in their notes Everyone I have talked to about this has said it was an outrageous amount that they charged including people that work in that field and plumbers. I hate to think what they charged people that had actual floods in their basement from all the rain. I would definitely try other companies.

The scheduler was able to move some routine maintenance around and get us in this afternoon. Scott showed up on time and was very professional. He took care of our issue quickly and was very kind. Unreliable & unprofessional!…read more Recommended by a friend who had used them before so I had high hopes. An employee came out in October and gave a decent quote for removal and stump grinding. Told them that timing wasn't critical as we were closing down the cottage for the season. Had some follow up communication to indicate that Miss Dig had been out and requested photos when the job was complete. Got confirmation that this would be done. Fast forward to the following May and the job was never completed! I texted the employee I originally dealt with and got no response. A few days later I called the main number and spoke to the owner (Myles). I explained the situation and he indicated that he had issues with the employee and seemed sincerely concerned that the job hadn't been scheduled or completed. He offered to come out that afternoon or the next day to look at the job to reassess. He never showed up and won't answer or return follow-up calls. Although I wouldn't be happy, I could at least respect them if they decided to decline the job and let me know. I was ghosted instead! Contacted another local company and had the work completed within 36 hours at a slightly better price. Don't waste your time with Tree Timber Services- they may or may not actually do the job...
