After some wrangling, the store agreed to return the product to supplier. Problem is who is going to remove the damaged light and reinstall the replacement light? Texas Bright said that it was not their responsibility for any removal nor re-installation of a replacement light. Texas Bright said that once the light leaves the store, it is the customer's responsibility. I have been a customer since 2007 and spent thousands of dollars. I will never set foot in their establishment again and I intend to inform our decorator. The staff exhibit an attitude and customer service is minimal at best. We originally approached H&L as a soffit lighting company. Austin was able to schedule with us on short notice to show product and discuss mounting. He provided everything we needed to start the application process. Unfortunately, at the site visit, we realized there was a placement issue that needed clarification with our HOA. We quickly realized the odds were against us completing the soffit lighting project in time for Christmas due to delays built into the application process and the inability to ascertain specific design information from our HOA. H&L had absolutely no problem pivoting and down-selling temporary, seasonal lighting to keep us from being the sad trombone house on our street. We inked an agreement over the weekend and made a deposit. Peter and Shae were out bright and early on a freezing Monday morning. Lights were up in no-time at all. We had a last minute add to do a short 3' wrap around the sides of the house, which they accommodated without complaint. Ultimately, we got the same deal H&L offers every client, which locks a 3 year reinstall/take-down price and includes off-season storage of our lights. We found the total package price to be very affordable. Most of all, it saved my wife needless worry over my ladder acrobatics. My NEW frig was OUT! Breaker had flipped again. This happened with the old one. Newer house, just 5…read moreyrs old. I had checked the outlet when the new frig came in, it was good. New frig installed 4 days later, breaker flipped again. I knew it was the breaker but I won't mess with that type of electrical issues. Sent a request through Yelp and was contacted by Russell Electric. He wasn't able to make it until Wednesday. After our conversation he decided to come out that same night. (I had just lost a lot of food with the old frig and was rather frustrated with it all) It was 9:45pm. It took him 45min to an hour. Fixed the issue in like 15 min and made sure all was well before he left. He knew what he was doing and he explained it as he did. He gave me some information about the breaker and put my mind to rest. Friendly, courteous and just all around great guy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MAN! I appreciate the willingness to go the extra mile. He will be who I call if I ever need anything ever again. Thank you again! I slept well knowing this was not an issue anymore.
