I won't share details of private matters publicly, but my experience with Valarie Grossman was extremely disappointing. Trial preparation was inadequate, critical issues were not addressed, and exhibits were not submitted in legible formats. She struggled when facing aggressive opposing counsel and failed to ensure the judge was aware of a critical agreement prior to the hearing, which had a direct impact on the outcome. Most concerning, after serious errors were made during her representation, I was left to appear alone in the middle of a hearing rather than having counsel step in to attempt to correct or mitigate the situation. I would avoid hiring this law firm. Their admin are highly unprofessional, they don't stick to their contract, and they will hassle you for payment as if they are going broke. Tami has to be one of the rudest most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. The owner Cameron doesn't really seem to care, and only seems to care about collecting payment. They will bill you but leave things off the statement so you're left confused by their math. Valarie who was my attorney did the best she could and I have nothing to say bad about her. The lead attorney will draft all documents, emails, etc. so be prepared to pay out the nose for every little thing instead of using the legal assistant and paralegal they have to save money. Just a horrible experience dealing with the office to the point I fired them and went some place else in the middle of all my court stuff. read more

I meet Cameron at the court house and he introduced me to Gina who works at his firm. They helped me through an long and very ugly child custody and move away trail. Let me start with my only regret first. My only regret is not hiring an attorney from Norris Legal Group sooner!!! I had the misfortune of using a previous lawyer in Westlake who I did not work well with. I found Norris Legal Group and hired Rachel Reed as my divorce attorney. I felt so respected throughout the process. I just wanted my divorce done and over with as quickly as possible as it had dragged out too long with my previous attorney. Rachel and Tami are literally a God send and I guarantee you will not find a better divorce attorney anywhere else. Rachel is so kind and professional. I made the mistake of hiring Cameron. He cost me thousands of dollars. I was in Family Court and served with a move out order. The judge asked if I had a rental agreement in place which I could have easily obtained. However, Cameron was not prepared and did not have anything in order. I was evicted which caused me to lose my business, my home, and custody of my son at the time. The eviction process cost 5,000. Plus the damage to the home was near 15,000. I worked with Cameron Norris on a child support in arrears settlement. I am very very happy with the work he did. He was very honest and he moved very fast. He was very responsive to my emails and he only charged me for an hour but I really believe he put in more time than that on the case. He even met with us and the mother for 30-40 minutes when we signed the settlement paperwork. I am especially happy because I met with another local lawyer and she wanted to charge me $3,000 and she said it would take a month. Cameron was the worst. He made a very difficult time for me even worse and had me waste my 3,000.00 retainer so he could quit. Rather then telling me he had know idea what he was doing and returning the money so I could seek help from a knowledgeable attorney. He would not even return a email or a phone call. There where times I felt he was working for my spouse. He lost me my kids completely and had me paying more then I even made. My house my property and my positions.
