This attorney does not care and creates Confusion! He will drag your case on longer than needed. He is a master of deception and confusion. This is a real client who paid him a lot of hard-earned money, and he expects you to do all the work and he never returns phone calls. Then tells you to get another attorney when you get a letter of deportation. Please do yourself a favor and save yourself time, money and suffering in the dark. Go somewhere else. Extremely Unprofessional This firm lacks transparency, honesty, or any humility. Their interview process is a vague 3-month engagement with weeks of radio silence and missed callbacks. Avoiding using actual names "Ike Mlumel" of IT and "Atty Mernini" of HR spearheaded this debacle. The firm listed a job position as ".... our job listing for a Senior Desktop Specialist in our Allentown, PA office. We would like to meet with you to discuss this position in greater detail..." when in reality it wasn't, something they wouldn't acknowledge until I brought it up after an offer was extended, after months of dealing with their nonsense. When a word like senior is removed from a title, things like benefits and pay are also removed. I interviewed for a senior desktop support specialist role; being the sole person aiding an 85 person site with wide coverage in my hours and approximately 15% travel. I was extended an offer significantly below what that role demands, that conveniently skipped over the missing title and some of the terms outlined in our previous meetings. This was a week and a half after my second round interview, after which the IT manager told me to expect an offer letter that week. This just goes to show how little they value my time. Even as I type this that role is still listed as a senior position when it's not. read more

Atty. Barbara Hollenbach (a partner in this firm) is the consumate professional. She is primarily a workers comp and personal injury lawyer (in work related areas). She isn't the type of attorney that will "promise you the moon" just to get you to sign a retainer agreement, then (like a lot of lawyers) bill you for every insignificant little thing. Also, and unlike most lawyers, she will be honest with you. If your case is a loser, she will tell you up front, not after she has promised you the moon to get your retainer, then tell you your case is a loser. I have known Barbara Hollenbach for many years. She is definitely the exception to every lawyer joke you may have ever heard. She is intelligent, honest, forthright and extremely capable. I would have no problem giving Atty. Barbara Hollenbach my highest recommendation. read more
