Eric is one of those photographers that isn't working with clients because it's his job -- he's incredibly passionate about his work, and cares deeply about the happiness of his clients. For our wedding in April, we were planning a pretty complicated Chinese - Indian - American wedding ceremony with five outfits between the bride and groom as well as two different ceremonies. Eric spent quite a bit of time working with us to make sure that he was familiar with the schedule of the day and making sure we got all the photos we wanted. It was 7 flights of different wines from different parts of the World. She paired a variety of cheeses and meats with each wine and champagne. The tables were set with all the beautiful different glasses with candles that lit the tables and flowers. She had a flight of wines for 14 people. It was so enchanting and it felt like you were in a fantasy. Everyone enjoyed this event and I would recommend Wendy Mathews on well she educated all of us to the different pairings of wines with food. This is a wonderful way to entertain your guests at your homes anywhere in the New York area and even on your boats.

We started off thinking we didn't care too much about the invitations--because we thought (incorrectly), who remembers an invitation? But once we started looking, we decided that we didn't want something out-of-the-box and boring. Amy created a gorgeous invitation suite and customized it further with a little art we requested. And she did these gorgeous letterpress invitations better price than the boring, digitally printed generic stuff we saw at invitation stores. When we received our invitations, I didn't want to take them out of the gorgeous boxes she packed them in--her packaging alone was Pinterest worthy! I would hire her just to wrap holiday gifts if I could, it was that lovely. But alas, we opened the boxes, assembled the invitation suites and mailed everything out. And the rave reviews are POURING in. I never expected it, but we are getting emails and phone calls from loads of friends and family telling us how our invitations are the best they've ever seen. James came to my parents house to photograph me and my bridesmaids, and his assistant (so sorry for not remembering his name!) went to a hotel suite to photograph the groomsmen. James did a wonderful job with the photographs! He was very personable and knew exactly the pictures I want. During our ceremony, he got great pictures, and I don't even remember seeing him taking the pictures! He went above and beyond with the places where to get our pictures taken. We pretty much put it all in his hands and didn't have any idea where to go. My favorite picture is when James stopped traffic so we could run and get a picture in the middle of a street! In the end we had over 650 pictures! He gave us a jump drive as well as a photo album of his favorites. They are also hosted online. It has been great showing off the pictures and reliving the entire day! I definitely recommend James Kenneth Studios!

Brian was so terrific! I have never had so much ease working with someone and he did a great job with the music, we gave him the music we wanted and the photo booth pictures were high quality and not like the old strips. These were 4x6. He gave us an amazing price for both. He was so involved and everyone had said what a great personality he had. He was right on time. I cannot say enough. It was the biggest hit of the party!

We were disappointed with the quality of the DJ service at our event however. The initial introductions of the wedding party were done incorrectly and though the DJ was very apologetic, the night did not get better. It was hot so I understand not many people wanted to dance, but the music wasn't exactly something you wanted to "bust a move" to either. When requests were made, they were not always played, songs were repeated in the short time of our reception, and at least 3 group choreographed songs were played in a row (cupid shuffle, cotton eye Joe, etc.). The DJ was very nice, it was just not the night I had envisioned and really the only disappointing thing about our reception.
