All the while, not having any electricity until it was done. As you can imagine, shear panic set in after hearing this news. Frustrated with my current predicament, Randy Massart was a lifesaver when he told me he could come out right away to look at the downed pole and what this situation would all entail, even though he already had a very busy schedule. He lined everything up, from getting the pole, to having someone dig the hole, then wiring it and getting Wisconsin Public Service back out to hook my electricity up. He was exceptionally kind on the phone and their work was top notch! I am so grateful for everything he did for me that day, and would highly recommend him!
