Understandable that these are uncertain and trying times and we have an immense amount of privilege, but with having an appointment scheduled a week in advance and paid for, I'd expect more preparation and available communication. Not even the personal client who made the reservation, but the severe lack of communication to my friend and our party makes me not want to consider this company for any needed services.
