They were an hour late for my sister's wedding. I would say it was an honest misunderstanding, but I called they day before the wedding to confirm everything was good, and he said, "why are you calling, have you seen our reviews?" I said I just wanted to make sure, weddings have to be on schedule. He didn't confirm times or anything and just said of course everything will be fine. Well it wasn't. He offered me a free limo to make up for it. I would have rather had a refund, at least on the hour he missed, but a free limo was fine I guess. 2 months later, I called and asked about a free limo ride and he said that was only good for that day and now he can only offer me a discount. A Limo Excursions left my clients high and dry yesterday. I am a US based travel advisor/agent. I booked a tour with A Limo Excursions for one of my best clients from the East Coast to take her family wine tasting in Napa. I booked her 12 hour tour for her party of 9. This reservation was made through Viator through my travel agent account 7 months ago. I immediately reached out to A Limo in the viator app asking for guidance and attempting to partner with them in the way that works best. I filled out their form and then on the Viator messenger system last winter - they reached out confirming the reservation. I was diligent in re-confirming 2 months out and was told it was confirmed. I went ahead and finalized the clients' tastings for their multi-generational celebration. I again followed up in the viator app and spoke with Edward by phone twice. Neither time did I get really solid/direct answers other than, "you are confirmed". I had a pit in my stomach the night prior to my clients reservation as 99% of viator providers reach out the night prior to confirm and I hadn't heard back. I set an early alarm and called the phone number "day of" to confirm my client's driver. Edward picked up and said, "Oh, Linda! Yes we have her today. Let me call the driver and see where he is" And then Edward never called back." I received a text 10 mins after the scheduled pickup time for my client saying, "Big mix up on our end. I'm going to have to send a full refund and cancel the ride". No call back. No response or explanation. Certainly - no solution. They had my clients reservation via Viator. We had text messages and phone calls (multiple I might add). And they took full payment a month prior for approximately $1500. My client was left with 9 people standing outside their Airbnb in the heat and no way to get to their scheduled appointments. I realize there are much more complex issues in the world but this is my livelihood and from one small business owner to another - this is a disappointment.  I am lucky to have an understanding client with little desire to ruin my reputation but the time & money it cost to fix this is unacceptable. I don't want another advisor to run into this same challenge with no communication or solution. Also I checked to see if the A Limo website still exists and it simply states, "this account has been suspended" on their homepage. Please do not put your trust in this company. A simple call back or even an apology would have made yesterday a lot better but I guess I am expecting too much on that front.  Avoid at all costs. read more

I was recommended (ALE) by a friend who previously booked with Brian for her previous trip to Napa and let me tell you.. it was the best decision we made this girls trip! This family owned company is genuine, charming, and most of importantly personable. My group of girls had the honor of having Edward as our tour guide. Edward was amazing. He picked us up at our hotel in their luxurious Mercedes van. He was nothing but kind and accommodating. He made our Napa trip memorable. He picked a great lunch spot, booked all the reservations for our wineries, and made sure we all had a great time! It was easy and relaxing. All you pretty much had to do was just drink your wine and enjoy the breathtaking views. [Friendly tip: He's an amazing photographer. He will get the best angles of you, so just hand him your camera and let him do his magic!] If there's certain wineries you want to go to.. you just let them know in advance so they can make your reservation for you. Edward provided exceptional service to our group of 8. He picked us up in a nicely appointed Mercedes Sprinter van and welcomed us with a bottle of bubbles, and had bottled water available thru-out the day. He was professional and accommodating and went above and beyond. One particular example was we had left a winery where a special reserve bottle was purchased and while opening it in the van, the cork was found to be dried out. While we enjoyed our next winery, Edward ran back to the previous venue and swapped out the bottle for us. He was also flexible. At the end of our winery day we requested an extension to take us to dinner, which he readily accommodated. Let me just say, this business is just amazing. I had a large party of moms, and not only did they accommodate the last minute change of plans, they made our day so fun and amazing despite everything leading to the excursion. Mia was so professional and made our day so easy and accessible. She was also very flexible and easy going which is what I really appreciated even though the planning got stressful. She arrived to our pickup early and got to chat about the day. She also upgraded our bus which was the nicest thing anyone had done. I was messaging Edward and he answered any questions or changes I had and was VERY prompt on response. They went above and beyond! When we got to our destination she let me know the pickup time. Edward was great and our group loved him! The vehicle was clean, well stocked, and had a great sound system. After we would get back in the vehicle for our next destination, we noticed the waters had been restocked, the trash dumped, and the floor was cleaned. Our first day, we had to navigate some unfortunate road construction around the pick up location, and he was such a trooper. He even left the vehicle to meet us in the street to help get through the construction! By day 2, we were buddies. If we were running late to our next destination, either because of traffic, or our own issue, Edward would call ahead to keep the winery updated on our arrival time. It was a huge help and big relief to the type A personalities on the trip. I cannot recommend this company enough. If you are traveling anywhere in Sonoma or Napa, you will not be disappointed in the service. Very reasonably priced for a truly luxury travel experience. Having Brian tour my wife and I around Napa, Sonoma and through San Francisco was one of the best highlights on our trip! We called him at 9am on a Sunday and he happily picked us up around an hour later, even with the short notice (and a 49er game on TV that day no less). He was so helpful, entertaining and fun - we couldn't have asked for anything more! His motto for us was "no thinkin' just drinkin'", which was perfect since my wife and I didn't know where to go and we wanted to sample some wine on our way to San Fran. He even had champagne for us to enjoy along the way. He took us to a nice private VIP winery tour with cheese tasting, then to a couple more wineries, then lunch in Sausalito on the bay overlooking San Fran before driving us to the perfect spots to overlook Golden Gate Bridge, then down Crookedest St to our hotel. The entire experience was like having one of our good friends with us touring their city. When it comes to hiring a driver for a Napa area day of wine tasting, look no further than A Limo Excursion. My wife and I were joined by another couple and rented an Escalade for a 7 hour day. The communication up to the day of our trip was professional and consistent with Brian. I choose to schedule our visits myself, but since our driver Ana hadn't been to some of the locations, she called ahead to make sure she had proper directions to all of the wineries which was important since a few were off the beaten path. I was pleasantly surprised when I confirmed my appointment with Cain and followed up to get a map to learn that Ana had already taken care of it. Ana was personable and professional. The Escalade was clean and a nice ride. Ana showed up with a cooler and a complimentary bottle of Champagne which was a really nice touch. The trip went off without a hitch since Ana was so prepared and after she dropped us off at dinner in Yountville, she even delivered the wine we bought to Carneros Inn where we were staying. We just celebrated my 30th up in Napa last weekend and had Brian take us out for the day in his stretch Chrysler 300 GT limo....it was gorgeous and so much fun for the day. Our one year Wedding Anniversary weekend was PERFECTION all because of our top notch driver Atiba aka "Tha Bodygaurd" Our weekend started off very stressful due to terrible concierge service (or lack there of) from our hotel Anadaz that failed to plan anything we requested weeks in advance. Thank The Lord the only thing they did do right was book Atiba for us. He took us around Napa for 2 days In a black Mercedes & we couldn't have asked for a better experience, thanks to him! He scheduled 2 of the most amazing & intimate wineries for us, surprising us with the best for last. The winery Porter felt like we were in a movie/dream. He also used his own camera to take pics of us throughout both days so that we could just focus on the experience without having to think about getting our cameras out. He then sent us the pics along with a collage, seriously that's 5 star service!! There is NO ONE better at their job than Atiba. Brian and Cinnamon were awesome. The hotel we stayed at recommended their company and it was definitely the best choice. We booked two full days of tours with Brian and Cinnamon and got to visit a mix of small and large wineries. There are an overwhelming number of vineyards and wineries in the Napa & Sonoma valleys and I was at a complete loss when I began trying to plan our trip. I got in touch with Brian and he customized our tours just for us. I literally did not have to do a thing, Brian took care of everything for us. I wanted to do something big for my big 40th weekend and our hotel recommended A Limo Excursion for wine tours. I had booked easily a few months in advance over the phone with the owner, Brian. He was courteous and had good communication over e-mail. They recommended going to a few family owned wineries. They did not disappoint! Cinnamon promptly picked us up at our hotel and had an itinerary for Porter Family and Taylor Family vineyards. We enjoyed the coziness of having a private tasting with each vineyard. Next we had lunch at Auberge du Soleil! It had such a great view and the meal was superb! We even adjusted the time for our next tasting because we were having a great time at lunch! Brian was able to accomodate us last minute and gave us one of the best vacations of our lives. During the two days that we had booked he took us to a number of smaller, family owned vineyards whose owners that he knew personally along with some of the larger, commercial ones to ensure that we missed nothing. Owner seemed like a nice guy and cars are clean, but our driver was 45 min late, and then got lost TWICE on the way to the first destination (which we'd told him in advance). In fact he never did find us for pick up (despite having the same printed directions that the owner of the rental house had given us) and we could not reach him by phone; we only found him a mile away when we'd given up and decided to drive ourselves! The owner made no offer to compensate us or follow up during or afterwards, and only reluctantly took off the extra hour we'd paid in advance. Lucky driver - he got to keep the pre-paid 20% tip! It was a really special day for us and this got us off to such a stressful start - would prefer to work with another company more focused on customer service. read more

A bunch of my friends and I met up for a girl's weekend in Napa. Brian was our driver for two full days during our visit. It was a perfect match! Not only were we upgraded (for no cost) to an Escalade limo the first day, but Brian was able to work out details with my friend who arranged the trip ahead of time. It was awesome to have his input, as none of us had been to Napa and he was able to maximize our time in Napa/Sonoma County as this is the area he grew up. After the first day (where we had appointments every 1.5 hours and had to struggle to make each tasting), Brian asked if he could suggest a few places the following day. It was awesome! He took us to a small boutique vineyard that featured a couple who hosted us in their own home for a fabulous tasting of their wines (Fortunati - review to come), and got us lunch while we perused at yet another winery/vineyard (not having to waste time to stop while we were all back in the car). We also received compliments from our tour guide when we stopped at Truchard for a tour/tasting - he mentioned Brian had stopped by ahead of time (while we were still tasting at the previous location) to ensure he knew the ins and outs of the stop prior to bringing us there - what a professional! I can't imagine this trip with another company. In spending the day with Brian I felt we got to know him and become familiar with his family-owned company. He was extremely professional yet catered to the vibe of our girl's weekend occasion. I highly recommend and plan to use A Limo Excursion on our next trip - when the boys get invited to the party, too! read more
