Have you ever done something that made you actually sleep better? Well, if not, try signing your payroll over to these guys. I was on quick-books or the past 2 years and they were the worst. Estimated taxes were always underestimated and I was being hit with penalties etc..... Taylor and his staff worked to help me settle the past due accounts and not have me on a payroll system that makes sense. He is local which really helps. I highly recommend Northbay Payroll to everyone who owns a business. I used to be with A large payroll company that starts with and A and ends with an X ;), my payroll was about $80 a week for 5 employees with direct deposit. When I would have workers comp audits I would get no help to find the reports I needed to submit they would just keep referring me to their website. Very impersonal service never met anyone face to face with the company it was always emails and phone calls. Since I switched over to Northbay Payroll they save me almost $60 a week!! For a small business that's absolutely huge! That's over 3k a year!! All I have to do is send them a text or email on a Monday morning with everyone's hours and they handle the rest. If I need anything or have a question about something it's really a comfort to know they are a text or phone call away. Even during a workers comp audit Taylor walked me thru the process and kept me calm and kept sending me any info they requested! This isn't a service they regularly provide but Taylor has even dropped off a check a time or two at my home when I haven't been able to meet with him at his office to pick it up! Talk about personal service! I really can't say enough about these guys; they really know how to make it easy on a small business owner.
