Whether or not it's the placebo effect, it seems like there's a noticeable, positive difference with my overall energy levels, emotional balance, and my milk supply. To test their efficacy I'd stop taking the pills, and would soon notice more challenging emotional waves -- I was so grateful I could pop a few capsules and rapidly notice a stabilization! I stumbled upon Brigette's website in my search for someone who could encapsulate my placenta, and I was glad I did. I wish I had done this with my first child but I hadn't known much about it then. I had made sure to do my research about it for this second child as after my first I had serious post partum everything.. so with hearing in mommy groups how many felt better by having their placenta encapsulated and how it helped ward off PPD and then some.. I had to try it out. In my comparison search of her and a few others in the bay area, I found Brigette to be the most reasonably priced for her services (which are many - check out her website) and willing to come out to me in Livermore for pickup and delivery for a reasonable fee (as I am out her normal zone). From the moment I sent an inquiry about services she was professional and responded in a timely manner with helpful information. The contract is easy to read, nothing hidden, easy to pay. Easy to contact her when it was getting close to my delivery due date. Quick to respond via text when I did deliver (Monday 1/2/17) and quickly set up the pick-up of the placenta (morning of 1/3) - and was helpful to remind to keep placenta on ice and/or refrigerate until pickup. Delivered my capsules by the day promised (Friday morning 1/6) - and kept me updated about the whole process as well. In meeting Brigette in person, I could feel her warm, calm, happy energy.
