The same goes for most successful businesses, do it right and take nothing for granted. In this case it's the gutters on your roof that keep rain from going places where it's not supposed to go. If your roof isn't keeping things dry and without a doubt on your part, save yourself a lot of trouble and have Superior install seamless gutters and guards. In 2013 I decided it was time for a new roof on my house. I also decided it was time to quit risking my life every year cleaning out my old gutters. I had installed some DIY gutter guards on the old roof, the kind that work for maybe a year, then collapse like mine did. The guy I chose to install the roof recommended Superior Seamless for the gutters, which is how I met Cory when he prepared an estimate. He suggested I also have them install real, effective gutter guards that are securely attached no matter how hard the wind blows. The price was not only reasonable, it was well worth every dollar. I haven't climbed up on my roof since then... that's 12 years without a single drip or leak. Then came this year's first rainstorm, when one of the downspouts overflowed. The gutters seemed fine, but I called Cory and Jacob anyway to see what to do. In this case there was nothing wrong with the gutters or the guards, so not a problem that called upon their lifetime warranty, but they agreed to check it out anyway. Now to be clear, Superior isn't in the business of cleaning gutters. But when Jacob dropped by to check all the downspouts, he was kind enough to clear out the minor mounts of debris that had collected around some of the downspout openings over the past decade+. That is really incredible service. OK, so the business may not be as fun as Disneyland but Superior Seamless Gutters has something in common with it, in the way it operates. It's the same kind of business, with attention to details that people will come back to again, as I will if I live long enough to need another new roof and gutters on my house. We received quotes ranging from $1,500 to $4,000 from other roofers and assumed we'd be paying out of pocket. The service itself was fine and the pricing was fair enough hence the 2 stars…read more However, as one other recent reviewer also flagged, the billing and invoice payment experience was so negative it motivated me to write this review. Our estimator gave me incorrect information in developing our contract, telling me our downspouts including the downspout attachments that went underground, would be fully cleaned out during our service. When they did not clean the downspout attachments, they told me they don't do underground attachments even though the estimator told me this was included in our pricing. I paid the majority of our bill, leaving about $230 balance while I disputed the unfinished work. Eight months ago, I sent an email that was never responded to and never heard from the company again. Then yesterday when their legal department called me out of the blue to threaten to send me to collections over the unpaid balance. I replied immediately to explain the situation and their response was to say if the balance wasn't paid by the end of the day it would be sent to collections. They alleged they had called and emailed about the outstanding invoice (they hadn't - I went through my emails, spam and my phone and found no evidence of any attempts on their end to contact me). I was shocked that they took such an aggressive, threatening approach to a customer who a) they dropped the ball with and b) who was actively in good faith trying to resolve the dispute immediately once they brought it to my attention. We had a misunderstanding about the scope of work - I would have appreciated some acknowledgement or apology on their end vs. them dropping the ball completely then coming back out of nowhere to threaten me with collections. Just not a good way to do business and I am left with a very sour taste from dealing with the legal threats.

James came on June 28, 2019 and did the job showing photos of the work being done. I left a check as I could not be there, went to church that Sunday and nothing had been cleaned up. I contacted James who said his blower broke and would be out the beginning of the week to finish. July 2nd went to see if mess had been cleaned up, again I contacted James asking about clean up he stated he just got the blower out of shop and would be out later in week. I asked would it be 3rd of 5th, no response. Church members ended cleaning up mess. We filled a green waste bin and other areas we were able to use blower on.

A neighbor called us saying that our front yard was dying. We went there and many of our large ferns and plants were dead and others almost dead. Basically he never comes to his clients to check up on his jobs to see how his guys are doing. Tragic. Our nice yard that all the neighbors loved is ruined.
