This sweet coffee spot has the most excellent SF lattes. My favorite grind is simply a vanilla latte in a large cup. At the south river grind the coffee is delicious and the view of the river is relaxing and serene. There are a couple of picnic tables and extra seating along the planters. We ordered the tri tip sandwich and the falafel flatbread wrap since they were both cut in half, that way we could share. The tri tip was succulent, tender, and perfectly slow cooked to perfections, and the falafel wrap was seasoned beautifully and super fresh. Both entrees were quite large, which is just the way Mama Kims plates are made. The Naan used for the falafel wrap was warm and soft as if it were fresh out of the oven. And this was no ordinary wrap as it was enormous! Wouldn't you know it ...Once again, I successfully ordered a dish that I could not "gracefully" consume. This humongous wrap was dripping with a delicious sauce, piled high with crumbled feta, greens, and hot nuggets of fried falafel. BTW my Falafel wrap was so big that it wouldn't stay rolled up and I was given 2 itty bitty napkins (minus 1 star). Their calamansinade is one of my favorite drinks and often sells out quickly. I highly recommend the longanisa dumplings, bao tacos, and their signature bánh mì sandwich with bistek or tocino. The bread is made in-house, and you can taste the freshness. Orders can be placed through a self-ordering kiosk. You can expect a bit of a wait during busy times especially larger events, but it's well worth it. If they're in your area, be sure to check these ladies out, you won't be disappointed!

My family has had them cater multiple gatherings, and every single time it's been the highlight of the event. And yes, the hibachi show is fun. Yes, the professionalism is solid. But let's be real -- it's the food that separates them. I know people say hibachi is hibachi, but trust me... it's not. I love hibachi, and this is on another level. It took me right back to the first time I fell in love with it -- the flavor, the texture, the way everything is cooked and seasoned. It just hits different. And here's my advice -- don't wait until you have a big event to experience it. Track down their truck and go get a plate for yourself. Just make sure you get there early because there will be a line, and they will sell out. Also, check their Instagram before you go. If they're booked for a catering event, they won't be out, and you'll be stuck settling for something that's just... not this. Go try it. Then come back and tell me I was wrong. The staff was an hour early to set up, very friendly and professional. Food was amazing and so were their hibachi skills. It was so wonderful to see all our guests laughing and enjoying the show and food. People could not stop talking about it at Mass the next day, I'm positive we will have a bigger turn out next year!
