Lots of seating and lighting isn't too harsh. They have several pastries and drinks to choose from. They did not have salted praline when I was there so we got the caramel white chocolate mocha and an iced vanilla latte. This place makes my kind of coffee! I like lots of milk and light sweetness in my lattes so the flavor was perfect. It was sweet without being overly sweet, or being too bitter from the coffee. Employees are very nice but seems like some may be new to being a barista or the machines malfunctioned because it took a while for the drinks despite being pretty quiet. However, the employees were very apologetic and kind so I truly appreciate their efforts, especially as a new business! I would definitely come here again!

But this time, they had plenty of pastries, so decided to stand in line and try some out and their drinks. It was pretty packed still, they have lots of seating, but most were taken up. Another thing I did notice is that the digital menu on the wall had a section that the paper menu by the register didn't have... Transcendence Coffee. Apparently it's the brand of syrup they use for those particular drinks, but still the same coffee as their other drinks. So just a heads up. Now... on to the pastries. Everything looked so good, but my wallet only allows me to get so much haha. So here's the tricky part, None of the pastries are labeled. So that killed a lot of time once we got to the register. We had to ask the cashier what certain pastries were. I'm not sure if it's because still soft opening or they are just waiting for their signs to come in... but they definitely need signs for the pastries, especially given how many they have. Oh, and they most likely need someone by the start of the pastry shelf taking orders and/or answering questions about the patties and the drinks. Waiting for the customer to get to the register to ask questions definitely caused the line to get longer. Now as for the drinks. Unfortunately, it was not what I expected. Maybe I expected too much? The vanilla dalgona did not have much of a vanilla/coffee taste. Even after I mixed in the dalgona in, my drink just tasted like milk. Same with the Miso Salted Carmel, we could not taste the Carmel at all or the coffee itself. Not sure if it was a bad day or what. What saved them was definitely the croissants. The spiral strawberry was very good. It was not too sweet, which means it's perfect haha. And the turkey cheese croissant, was very good. I wish i didn't share it haha. I should've just got another one, but the line was just too long haha. Oh, when we got our food, I noticed it was all heated up, which was good. And it was all packed separately in its own container, good in a way, but I feel like it's kind of a waste too? When we sat down, I saw a table actually have dishes with their pastries on it, and some guy brought it to their table, along with their drinks. So maybe they told the cashier they were having their food for dine-in? We were not given the choice, so I automatically assumed everything was packed as if it was to go. Like I said, maybe this whole experience was because it's still their soft opening, so hopefully they improve on their drinks and their ordering system before the grand opening. Good luck Haute!

There was no line so I was able to take my time and figure out what drinks to get for myself and my husband. MOL - maple infused espresso. Sounded super unique! It wasn't as creamy or sweet as I liked and was definitely more up my husband's alley. Camila - this has housemade vanilla and caramel and comes with oat milk! I loved this drink the most out of all the ones we have tried so far. It's very creamy and the right amount of sweet vs coffee flavor for my taste. Always great service here! The owner is so nice. Super fruity, slightly to a fault (a little distracting in taste). Overall wouldn't say that I would drink this on the regular even as someone who's a fan of fruity coffee, but it was still a good drink to try. The BMO doesn't have much of a strong coffee taste contrary to what has been advertised about it but it is still smooth in taste and is rich in vanilla flavor. Very friendly barista. I'd say the coffee stand/truck is worth checking out if you happen to see it at an event. Business website is regularly updated with a monthly schedule of operating times/locations.

My one critique is parking is pretty confusing. It's a little challenging to actually find the shop, but it's nothing you can't solve in 45 seconds if you're determined to get your caffeine fix.

The coffee itself seems to lean towards biblical (lol?) food items. Think olive oil, dates, tahini, honey. I got the Tahini Einspanner because how fun, I can get some tastes of tahini and date but the whip and syrup didn't mix well into the drink despite me aggressively trying so it just lasted like a $7 plain latte. I almost had to bite the whip because it was so thick. Seems like they're using quality ingredients so the intention is there, the executions needs some refinement.

It was delicious, the coffee- a single shot of espresso and guess what it came through smooth and with a nice smooth flavor. They have a tent with benches set up and in the evening you can hang out and play cornhole. I also picked up a few frozen drinks for my kids and they approved of flavor and I approved of sweetness.
