They are absolute a holes I played a game and won them it said error and didn't give me my prize then I went up and told them what happened they said that they didn't have a camera facing it ( they did ) so they didn't do anything g about it and the just gave me 2 tokens I don't like this play and I don't recommend it also when I went outside to get some fresh air and cool down they didn't let me back inside don't go to this place if you want to have a good time read more

So we go every weekend 2 or 3 times a weekend. Saturday nights really suck. We have had a problem with people being rude sitting on our things shoving them to the floor so they could sit. Tonight we had a girl run into us and then ran to mommy and said we pushed her the same girl body slammed into our kid coming off the floor. The parents allowed one of her kids to sit on my lady. When I tried to speak to the husband they tried to put it on us. Mean while the security guy put everything on us even when we brought it to their attention. Most of the crew is great. I don't recommend Saturday nights. I will go to Wooster before I go back. read more

NC Skate Center recently expanded to include other forms of entertainment - rock climbing, bungee, bumper cars, laser tag, arcade, etc. Great idea, but poorly executed. The place is laid out as if by someone with extreme ADD, or someone who secretly loves big pileups across the room from deadzones. (I swear I saw a tumbleweed roll by me near the front.) Also, the staff either don't understand their roles, or they have no people dedicated to the following jobs: * Stock token machines. At one point, all of them were out of coins and none of the staff knew when the machines would be filled or who would do it. No coins = no video games. And they wonder why people were standing around with nothing to do. * Clean tables. There are too few tables for the number of people in this place, and they tables you can find are absolutely FILTHY. Bathrooms haven't been cleaned in ages either. * Repair broken ticket-counting machines. They have 4 or 5 of them. At one point, the line for the SINGLE WORKING ONE was a mile long. Now, other gripes: * Staff is either rude or robotic. No friendly people here, and no smiles. * If you have anyone under the age of 5 or shorter than 36", do not bring them. There will be nothing for them to do. * Check ahead if there's a birthday party. Because if they have one on the skate side, they'll force you over to the "entertainment" side and lock the doors. No skating for you, even if you paid the high price for all-inclusive wristbands. * And speaking of those wrist-bands - $6/hr, minimum 2 hours. And if you don't have a wrist band, you can't do individual things like bungee or bumper cars. This is a bit expensive for the few things they have to do compared to the high number of people on the floor. You'll spend most of your time standing and waiting. * Parking lot doesn't have enough parking spaces to cover the number of cars. Good luck finding a spot. * Food is crap and is overpriced. (Not surprising.) * No on-site ATM. If all you have is a debit card, turn around and go to the bank first. And you'll need a lot of bills to play in this place. * Minimum credit card charge is $5. It won't take much food to hit $5 really fast, but don't expect to get a small Icee alone without cash. Positive/Neutral Observations: * A good place to go if you want a babysitter for your tweens who have outgrown Chuck E. Cheese, but aren't ready for Dave & Busters. * Well-stocked prizes for ticket trade-in. * Drinking fountain available if you are parched and don't want to drop $4 for a small Icee. * The bumper cars is unique to this area and seems to be executed pretty well. Overall, if you want a babysitter for Tweens and you don't plan to stay yourself, a good place to drop them off. Otherwise, skip it. read more

Skating was great but everything was just sad. They have a arcade that half the machines don't work, half of the ones that work eat your tokens, and there staff was rude. This was our first and last trip here. I suggest just skating and skip rhe arcade. read more

This place is great with the new upgrade.... I don't like the entrench to the new entertainment to side, but I understand that they had to do what they had to do. I was there for a birthday and don't think it was worth the price. Everything they offer is great though. You could spend your whole day there! read more

So my daughter when to this skating rink for a school field trip today. I sent her with $10 for skate rental and to play games. She bought $5 in tokens and put those in a cup with her $5 bill. She was playing a game and not paying attention and someone came over and stole her tokens and money. My daughter informed the staff (male staff) of the situation and she was told "Awe too bad." Seriously? Who says that to a child? Who says that to child while working at a place for children? So they did nothing to fix the issue. My child was unable to play anymore games and was not able to skate due to no money for skate rental. Her mother called the skate rink to talk with someone about the incident. Maybe someone found the stuff and turned it in. Or maybe they could review the cameras (if they have them), as it had to be another child from her school. Then the school could get involved to talk with the child that did it. The manager straight up called my daughter a liar. Said there is no way she told one of her staff, as her staff would have come and told her about it. So now my daughter is a liar because your staff wasn't doing their job!? Never again will I allow my child to attend this place, due to the way they treat children. It makes me wonder who they hire here. Do they perform background checks? Do their employees hate children? Was the manger the one that stole my daughter's money? Do they have pedophiles working here? Looks like I will need to do a bunch of digging into this company. read more

Great place for kids to hang out of any age! (Or adults, lol!) Appropriate music as they play only the clean version of songs. Clean bathrooms and lobby. Nice staff. Amazing assortment of games. Decent food prices. Fair price. Nice safe spot to take your kids in town. read more

My son was kicked out due to something he did not do. Got a phone call to pick him up, staff said my son took a girl's phone and pushed her. His friend, who knew the girl took her phone jokingly and the staff automatically blamed my son even though his friend told the staff member that he was the one that took it. When I called the next day to speak with a manager, I was told I was speaking to the owner who's name is Aaron. I asked him if I could set up a meeting to speak with him about a situation that happened with my son last night. And asked for the security footage to be pulled to show where my son pushed the girl, and took her phone. Aaron knew exactly who I was calling about and cut me off saying "we don't do that, your son is kicked out". He kept stating this over and over and asked why I would even want my son coming somewhere that he's being singled out at. Very poorly managed, my suggestion is when you have a customer/ parent calling to get to them bottom of things, you do not brush them off and you do not pick on an 11 year old child and single him out. I've been told by other parents that are there, that my son acts nothing like how they're claiming he does. If he does, than why are you so scared to pull the footage? The times that I've been there, the staff does nothing about the kids that are no older than 13, that are making out on the benches in front of the other kids, I see this all the time. Staff is disrespectful.Very sad. read more
