Throughout the party, they introduced new activities such as a bubble machine, obstacle courses, a giant bean bag swing, and kept the attention on the Birthday boy. My son was smiling the entire time! This was by far the best venue we have celebrated any of my kid's birthdays in. All the parents of the little party guests loved how fun it was for the kids. Best parts: Cost effective. Continuous entertainment. Little to no work for the parents. Phoebe and Sarah made everything run so smoothly without any hiccups! I latter asked him if he was getting personal training. He told me he asked the owner if he could help him with his deadlift and instead he took an hour of his time to help him out. Hercules is an old school powerlifting/strong man gym with dumbbells up to 200lbs. It has a ton of 45lbs plates, even 55lbs competition plates, and several 100lbs plates. Along with a ton of machines and equipment. It has a small membership base, so you are not waiting on equipment even on peak hours. Not to mention you can go 24/7. It welcomes all types of lifters. I have been with the gym since before it moved to the current location and that's 5 years or so. If your thinking about it, just DO IT!

He was very,Very friendly and got to know us on a more personal yet extremely professional level. He was patient and always willing to answer our concerns or share tips and advice. Where most studios only offer 30-45 minutes per lessons,we got to enjoy an hour and a half of personalized instruction at a very great price. I won't lie I was feeling kinda sad leaving his studio after our last lesson, but we are extremely satisfied customers and guests enjoyed our first dance! I hope to take more lessons with Geno in the future! I highly recommend Geno and his dance studio ( All For The Love Of Dancing)...5 stars..no wait make it 10 Stars!!

Everyone was friendly, including the owner, Jayson, who is very obviously a real fitness enthusiast. He constantly rotates in new/different equipment at his gym. He was very welcoming. As far as value, I came in on a guest pass, but for being a 24/7 gym, that's clean, never crowded, plays good music and has equipment you won't find anywhere else, what Jayson charges per month is an absolute value. Overall, extremely impressed by this gym. I can't wait to go back and snag a sweatshirt.

As an instructor, she cracked jokes throughout the class, which I thought was a really great way to make less experienced participants feel less self conscious. That might not be everyone's style, but I thought it was a nice change up from more straightforward, serious tone you might find in other studios. Also, she did a great job of breaking down more complex moves into easy steps to help students nail the form. The flow itself was a great balance of restful & simple moves, and more challenging moves -- but always perfectly paced, and never too much at one time. Great for beginners, and a good mix between strenuous and restorative. Also, it was just plain fun. Overall, this was a great time and quality guidance, and I would definitely be open to taking more classes with Syracuse Yoga. Would recommend anyone who is considering them to take the chance and try them out!
