Si Fu Castro is an amazing man who treats all his students as one of his own. He even has students bring in report cards to make sure they are passing classes. As an adult when I return to continue my martial arts I enjoy seeing all the familiar faces just like family. Christian is the kickboxing trainer overall a great guy who will push you to the max. Each individual will leave class knowing they put in 100% of the work in. 'It takes two weeks to develop a habit', all first timers do not want to come back because the class requires you to put in work but if you come back you will notice the difference in your body. This place is great I recommend it to all individuals.
