The gym is a spacious and has a massive range of equipment for your workouts. This is not a golds or planet fitness type place. I've been training with Lex Ronin since July/August of 2019 and couldn't be happier with the results achieved. Lex continues to be great to work with, even going virtual during the COVID-19 pandemic shut down of 2020, mixing routines up to stay fresh and interesting while having the maximum benefit toward my fitness goals. I began as a 67-year-old in reasonably good health who, in the previous year, had lost 60 lbs. and needed to firm up. I also wanted to build up (not bulk up) my upper body strength. Though I must say, they're dumbbells are kinda crap, lot of em have holes in em and/or are rusty. Also they aren't in order on top of that. They have no where to refill your water, they're cable machine is very janky n damaged. I tried doing behind the back curls with them, but the weight wouldn't go back down due to the damaged cables. The gym also only has a single ez-bar. But they do have plenty of barbells including specialized bars, many of which had locks on them for some strange reason though. They have plenty of plate locks which is very nice, i've been to a few gyms where i have to actively search the entire gym just to find some. This gym does not have that issue whatsoever. So to summarize, I wouldn't recommend this place to your average gym goer. Its really meant for people specializing in powerlifting.

They have Rogue calibrated steel plates, 20kg-29mm Ohio Power Bars, Eleiko and Titex 2.5kg competition collars, and Texas Strength Systems Combination Competition Racks. 24-hour access makes training around your own schedule a breeze. They also have Rogue Olympic Barbells and Rogue Bumper Plates for Olympic Lifters. Many members compete in USAPL and USPA so you are training around people who are actively involved in the DFW Powerlifting community. Experienced lifters will appreciate the equipment and environment. Don't let that discourage you novice lifters. This is a great place to learn as everyone is kind and encouraging. We all started as novices after all. This place is going to be something special.

The wipes are also so incredibly thin, doesn't feel like you're cleaning anything. Everything is kinda just strewn around in the women's only section. Kiran, who is the manager is a scum bag. When I left 3 months ago I asked for them to take my banking information out of the system because I started hearing from other people how they were charging them. She outright refused and said they would do it anyways because I didn't hand write a note and have someone put it in the system. I canceled all my stuff through coach and they fired him the next day before he had the chance to upload anything. That is a them problem not a me problem. She was not willing to work with me on it even when I told her who was handling my stuff. All she said was he got fired and she won't remove my information. Well, 3 months later she made good on her words and they charged my card. Different is, I pay attention to my money and as soon as I saw it I called them to find out the manager was on a 3 hour break. no one called me back so I called my bank and reported it as fraud and it was fixed. This place is truly horrible and Kiran is the absolute bottom of the barrel type of human being.

My experience with EOS has been extremely frustrating. This gym has been open for less than a year…read moreand has already gone through three different sales managers, which speaks volumes about the lack of consistency and leadership. I referred two individuals to this location, which should have qualified me for three months of free membership per their referral program. However, despite multiple attempts to get clarity and resolution, the internal team has been completely unhelpful. Communication has been poor across the board, and it has been nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone at a corporate level via phone. At this point, it feels like they have done everything possible to ignore the situation and avoid honoring their own referral incentives. There was no follow-ups, no accountability, and no clear answers. On top of that, I also signed up for assisted stretching services and was very disappointed with the experience. Based on the contract terms, I hand-delivered a cancellation notice to their corporate office in Dallas (off the Tollway), but the cancellation was still denied. Once again, I ran into the same issues with poor communication, lack of follow-up, and it took nearly a month just to get in touch with someone.
