I understand where they're coming from about only taking their regulars, but we are Littleton locals, not COVIDIOT tourists. I respectfully asked for a refund so we could take our girls elsewhere. We need a place for them to play for a couple hours while we work. We haven't heard back in 9 days. My boyfriend and I drove to New Hampshire from Rhode Island to stay the night in a dog friendly hotel then drop off our fur baby at this center for the day while we were snowboarding. It was Banksy's first time at a doggie daycare so I was a bit nervous about how he would act in a new environment like this. Britney, the assistant manager, was amazing and really set my mind at ease when we dropped Banksy off. At the end of the day, she called to inform me that Banksy had a wonderful time and played nicely with all the other dogs. I feel like this organization was actually created because they LOVE animals. They will take GREAT care of your pets for a very reasonable price. What more could you want? Littleton Pet Center is incredible and I would recommend them to anyone who has a pet in need of a sitter! Seriously, you get top notch above and beyond customer service- professional, sweet and extremely attentive to your pet's needs and routine.
