This is a one man operation and Richard is not only not reliable, he does not work with the customer to do the installation per Hughes Net policies, and customer desires. When my friend asked him not to hammer a grounding rod into her flower bed, he refused, did it anyway, and when he was told to remove it, he got extremely rude, and refused to complete the job. My friend then told him if he wasn't going to complete the job, that he needed to remove everything he'd already put in place, and GET OFF THE PROPERTY. That was 15 years ago, and Hughes Net just sent him out for a service call to her home again! He showed up at her house, asked how long she'd lived there, said he remembered her, and wasn't going to work.
