I guess they will add a few new customers willing to pay $225 a month, but pretty confident they will lose many more longtime customers to offset the new suckers/customers

They were only taking cash only, so he gave them $20 to mail my package. Yesterday my package was returned because it didn't actually have the address number on it. (This could have been my son's fault, but no one thought to add that??). I returned today to explain what happened. A younger woman I have never seen before said she could mail it again for another $20, cash only. I tried to explain to her that we had used them to mail it two weeks ago, and someone made a mistake. She shrugged and said she couldn't help, and reminded me it was cash only. I went to Ship N More. It was cheaper, and they take a card. Guess I will be using them from now on.

My husband was diagnosed with Lung Cancer 1 year ago this week and when the manager at this facility learned about it he didn't hesitate to reach out to me to let me know they were thinking of us. Well this year we decided we needed to empty one of the 2 storage units we have had for years. The onsite manager Mark was more than caring. He was so concerned that my husband wasn't doing that work alone. I've been renting here since the end of 2016. I was here when the original owner and staff were here. I loved that group of folks! I was very nervous to have this company take over. Thank God that I quickly learned that I had nothing to worry about. The property has had 2 managers since they took over the property and I've had nothing but great experiences with everyone. The maintenance staff takes care of things you report in a timely manner. Kudos to the staff at MorningStar Storage -Gleannloch. I wish you all the very best and looking forward to working with you all for years to come.
