It seemed like I was an inconvenience, she rooled her eyes at me when trying to figure out what boxes to pack up my late father's medical equipment for it to be donated. I emailed her the PDF and she printed the label size 8x10 and advised they would probably have issues scanning the label since it's so big. Instead of reprinting the label to the correct size she stuffed the cashmere sweater into an overnight document envelope and taped the label on the front. I had reservations and should have taken the return and left but decided to save a trip and let them mail it instead. I went to pay with my debit card and she said since I didn't have cash to just leave and bring her some next time. She never offered me a receipt and I didn't think to ask for one. To keep in good faith I returned 2 hours later with cash. She charged me $2.39 to print a single page; I told her to keep the change. She didn't offer a receipt and told me the package had already been picked up. Days later and USPS has no record of the package. I went back in to ask about it and she chastised me for not having a receipt. She checked her records and she had not scanned the package so there is no record or proof it went out. No resolution.
