I had Wagner Home inspections come out about 5 years ago. I had no Idea how badly they affected me…read more There were clues, I just did not see it fully until today. On the home inspection they said they could not check the attic because they failed to bring a ladder. Later we found out that the fireplace they said they checked needed to be cleaned within 3 weeks of moving in. The chimney sweep said it looked like it had not been cleaned for at least 10 years. He said if we waited any longer it may have caught the house on fire. Wagner also did our Windstorm Mitigation inspection. I have been paying $400 more a year because the report said that we did not have the right shingles. The inspector today actually looked at the shingles and found them to be perfect. do not hire Wagner Home inspection! RIPOFF

I suggested they come back and not trust my measurement. However, I emailed the pic with the measurement. Received a call and email from Sandra mentioning they will arriving around 10:30am on 12/30. I followed up with an email and I did not receive a reply. I took the "no reply" as a confirmation as some people in Tallahassee do (boggling). Called them on 12/30 several times because they were almost 2 hours late. Tony Bianco calls to find out why I'm upset and tries to over talk me. I asked for a discount because of the tardiness and I was denied. Then he calls me crazy (were both yelling at one another) and I mentioned I will write a review because of his lack of professionalism. As I mentioned to him and Sandra, if my email follow-up expecting them to arrive at my home around 10:30am was inaccurate, they should've corrected me. That would've cleared up everything. Lack of customer service. I won't do business with them again.

It would be our job to sell the other system. At no time did they disclose the delivery or setup charges. When I asked for itemized bill before I paid, I was told I had to pay to get a bill and they had no way to "itemize." Not to mention the high rate factored for using a credit card. The install consisted of delivering and unpacking logs and "setting them up" oh yes we did have to pay the propane company for the connection. Would give zero stars if could - this was not a good experience in any way.
