Came here to deal with phimosis and I expected to be referred to have surgery to fix the issues…read morewith my foreskin. Instead I got a steroid cream and eventually they did a biopsy on my glans to check for cancer , which I did not have. Since the biopsy I've experienced bleeding from my penis either randomly or when I'm having a hard bowel movement and find myself straining. It's been bleeding now for 2 years. I can't get an erection without it bleeding. I also cannot wash properly because they never properly addressed the phimosis. Any attempt to wash the area causes great pain and bleeding. It's been going on for 2 years now and I refuse to go back. I'm afraid to have anyone else look at it because touching causes such pain and not being able to properly wash the area is a real embarrassment. Find another place to go. Don't let them take you into surgery. Get another opinion. Seek help elsewhere.

During our most recent appointment, the doctor said he needed an immediate PSA result. However, the medical assistant told us she couldn't perform the test in the office because her back hurt. This left us without the necessary lab work the doctor himself requested and showed a concerning lack of professionalism and urgency. For a patient facing something as serious as prostate cancer, the level of care we received felt rushed, inattentive, and far below what should be expected. We hope improvements are made for future patients who depend on this practice for critical care.

After going to the urology clinic in Ormond Beach, not this one, but the one with all the doctors…read morethat is one of the worst hell holes on earth, and then after going to the chain in Daytona Beach which was even worse if that is possible, I finally found Dr. Schneider. After the other place in Daytona which doesn't answer the phone for hours and is extremely dirty, I went here and found out I never had a UTI to begin with and they have been treating me with antibiotics for months at that other place and I never needed them at all. They did a catheter catch here to make sure it wasn't contaminated and it was negative and they had a great attitude. I highly recommend this place and highly highly recommend to stay away from the Daytona urologist on Health Road and also the one right near this office for Florida urology in ormond beach.
