Every appointment seems to start with a phone call before asking where my blood work is, despite the fact that this office is the one that draws my blood... This has happened twice now, and it doesn't inspire much confidence in how things are being managed and creates unecessary anxiety. My initial referral experience was frustrating from the start, and things haven't improved. Every appointment has been late, standard by 30 to 45 minutes or more. As I'm writing this review, I'm sitting in the waiting room 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment, and I've already overheard three other patients voicing their frustration over even longer waits. The atmosphere feels tense and unhappy. Whether it's poor leadership, burnout, or staffing issues, it's noticeable the moment you walk in. As a younger patient dealing with complex health concerns, I want to understand my treatment and ask questions. Instead, I often feel rushed or dismissed rather than heard. Check the docs boxes and be on your way. And for the love of God, turn the air conditioning on or turn it up. Every visit feels uncomfortably warm, especially when you're already waiting well past your appointment time. Patients deserve to feel respected, listened to, and cared for. Right now, this office feels more focused on getting people in and out than providing a positive patient experience. I sincerely hope they take a hard look at their processes because there is a lot of room for improvement. There are at least 7 people bustling around in the back office and cannot seem to get it right. There isn't really any other option around so people get what they get...
