He did not do anything no chlorine no tablets no brushing no vacuuming then he told me I can cancel the service if I want to. About an hour later, a person by the name of Chelsea, who claims to be over operations called me acting like a complete lunatic and ended the phone call with "that is why your is green" She also told me in the middle of the phone conversation that I can clean the pool myself. I am not sure that anyone wants to listen to someone act like they are unhinged in reference to customer service, but they are lacking severely in all departments.

I was told we should have been doing service twice a week. then i was told there is probably something wrong with the pump. It should not take 5 weeks to figure out what is wrong with the pool. That is when I told him we would find someone else to fix the situation. So they immediately invoiced me for 5 service calls and a chemical clean. I was asked if I was going to pay and I said I would have to run it by the board at our next meeting. At which point everything went south when some lady calls me yelling at me and telling me how horrible I am and how she hates HOAs and would not even let me speak. I never said I would not pay the bill. what I expected was a small business to try to make thing right and at least listen to their customers. I finally had to hang up on this person because she was so irrational and demeaning. I highly recommend you stay clear of this business,

He took time to go over the Results of the water he tested in the store and explained in detail what I did and didn't need. He gave me some diy hacks to use and helped me purchase what products that were essential. It's reassuring to know a sales rep is not trying to only push products, yet helped educate me as a new pool and hot tub owner and for that I will be a repeat customer. He helped me with the reward points and showed me how to benefit from them with my future purchases. If this young man does not receive a raise and bonuses your pool company will suffer in the long haul. It's obvious that employees of this caliber do NOT exist anymore. I'll have to ask him next time I visit how Leslie's is rewarding him for his diligence and hard work. :)
