No feed back for me and he actually appeared angry that I had a concern. He walked from the room without out a Thank you, or good bye'. He 'usually' would lead us to check out area. He Left us in the exam room and went to front desk. We came on but he was gone had vanished. And left the info sheet with the clerk. It took my husband and I just a second to gather my purse and walk to from by and he had left us. The receptionist area had two cubicles. The first one was unoccupied because she was assisting with front counter but returning to her area when she could. We were waiting on her. We did see the second cube until my husband walked to see about help. Lee never said first or second etc. he literally walked out of our exam room without saying goodbye , thank you for your business Nothing. My husband walked around to second cubicle area and found an attendant. We then Checked out. Very poor customer service. He was very rude and obviously irritated. The doctors personally was great and made her laugh and feel comfortable. Being 17 and finding out you need glasses can be overwhelming but even the ladies who helped her pick out classes made her feel safe. I have been receiving a statement every month since then because the billing staff is not properly trained to bill Community Care or just does not care. I have been to there office two separate times trying to get this rectified. My last visit I was rudely told until this invoice is paid I will receive a statement. I have called community Care on two different occasions for information on how to properly bill for this invoice and both times I called Crowder Eye Center and relayed this information. Community Care also called their office and did not receive a call back. It is clear to me Crowder Eye Center has no respect for veterans and I am still being harassed every month with these statements. I do not recommend veterans seeking an eye exam to go there!

I don't think she sees very well at all, but she has Down Syndrome, so it doesn't really matter." That feeling carried through every single person I encountered, right up to the doctor. This wasn't a place where staff are just doing their jobs. These are people who genuinely seem to understand that the person sitting across from them is scared and needs more than clinical competence. They need to feel safe. And I did. The staff is very kind. It isn't hard to get an appointment or speak to someone directly. The ONLY negative is - it's an all day event. It takes forever! The waiting room always is comfy. They have coffee, water, candy and flat screens with HGTV. It's never hot or stuffy. Front desk staff keeps us laughing. I wouldn't go anywhere else. On a personal side note-i was working a great job when I came in EMERGENCY. It was then I learned I would not drive or work and was going blind. My whole world changed. I lost my job and insurance. Dr G said my eyes were more important than money and they would work with me. His bedside manor is unlike any other.

My mother is a cancer survivor, has altimezers ,pace maker and a few more health issues .. for sure not in good health but she does have great spirits! I am a only child and have been her POA for 10 years now, I carry her paperwork to all her new doctor locations as needed. Yesterday the woman at the front desk that sits on the left side was one of the worst human beings I have ever had to deal with when it comes to mother. First she tried to tell me my POA paperwork was NOT correct and they refused to scan it in. ( she was incorrect i dod verify it was correct ) moving on she made my mother get up and walk to the desk and of coarse mother asked her why she was treating us this way that of all her doctors, surgeries ect ,no one had ever refused the paperwork. Of coarse the the woman tried to still argue and I just asked mother to go sit down and we would worry about it later. She gave me paperwork to fill out and tried to get me to pay a $25.00 copay . I let her know mother does not have co pays and gave her all mothers insurance info. I went to sit down to fill the paperwork out and before I finished she called me back up to the front desk and advised they could not see mother that she had Medicare/Medicaid of Ga ! Mother also has BCBS of TN. Again at no other doctor office or hospital has ANYONE ever refused to see mother! Need to add in this person had no emotions no empathy no facial expressions, it was like she was dead inside. Zero customer service. This location is where she was referred to and they refused her! There is a reason why this appt was made so quickly due to the size of the nodule and to get a biopsy scheduled. I understand everyone has things going on in their lives that can make them act the way this woman did but at no time is this acceptable .. come on my mother may be walking around with cancer again and she dismissed her and did NOT give a damn! Do NOT take one of your loved ones to this location unless you want this type of customer service and your loved on to be refused treatment!
