Accidents can happen, but they should be disclosed. Had they simply informed us when we picked him up and apologized, we would have respected their professionalism. Unfortunately, the lack of transparency is why they lost us as customers. I recommend thoroughly checking your pet before leaving the salon and taking photos before drop-off for your own records.
