We brought our dog there on Aug 3rd, 2022, not knowing Platinum had been bought out. There was no sign of any price increases and they did not inform us of those increases at drop off time. With the old owners in charge, they would call us three, or sometimes four hours later to come pick up our dog. The new owners called a mere 1.5 hours later to pick up our German Shepherd and she didn't smell fresh like Platinum owners made her smell. They told me it would be a extra $10 for two squirts of fragrance. Fragrance? She should be cleaned properly so you don't have to put fluffy perfume cover-up on the dog. We declined the "cover-up" and asked for the total. The gentlemen asked me how much we paid before. I told him $50. He said it would be $55 as they had to raise prices. Ok, we accepted that, but barely two days later our inside dog smelled like she did when we brought her for the bath. Didn't understand why but we presumed that maybe because they had her out in one and a half hours versus three hours likely had something to do with it. So today, September 14, 2022, we tried again thinking last time they were new at the business and maybe they just had a bad day on August 3rd. When I picked our dog up this afternoon I asked what type of shampoo they used last time because she smelled two days later. The clerk said she'd check and came back to tell me they used a different type of shampoo on her today. It was time to pay and, of course, I thought it was $55 like last time. The lady then told me it would be $85. I'm sorry, what? For what? The clerk informed me, "We used the Dremel to do her nails". I replied I never asked for that service, so she removed the fee. Then she told me the new price was now $65. What? Why? "Because she is a big dog", said the clerk. I decided not to argue with her about $10, but to instead "vote with my feet" so I paid $65 but we will never return. Here's a suggestion. Why not tell everyone you, for the second time in as many months, have raised the prices! I departed for home but driving down the road, I had to drop the windows because our dog smelled like the perfume counter at the department store. I will be looking for another place for her to have a bathed. If you decide not to heed my warning and venture inside to have any kind of pet treatments performed, BUYERS BEWARE and make sure you pin K9 Inn down on the price before you drop off your four-legged family member.

My German Shepherd ,that was six…read moreyears old, gave my a lot of problems from being hyper, not sitting in the car, barking like crazy when someone came to visit, pulling on the leash, not coming when called and a few other things. It was exhausting for me at times. My husband thought it was too late to train an almost 7 year old dog but I thought contacting Mona and getting a free demo would not hurt. Boy,was I right! After the demo I knew what I had to do and signed up for dog training lessons. What a difference! Mona has so much knowledge about the dogs, their body language and how to correct the owner during the training process when needed, sending clear signals to the dog so it will not get confused in what is expected of it. This strengthens the bond of the owner with the dog and both are happy with each other. In my case it is really true "You can teach a dog new tricks and obedience. I am enjoying my life with my dog so much now and am looking forward to training my future dog. The owner and their four-legged companion both win with SIT UP N LISTEN!

I rescued a lovely 6 year old male Portuguese Water Dog who had somehow gotten away from his previous owners and was found wandering around the North Georgia Mountains. I was keen to make sure that the same thing didn't happen again since my new buddy clearly had strong instincts to chase things. He also had no idea that a human was on the other end of his leash and would drag me into his chase with the squirrels too. After just 2 weeks with Mona, my dog was happier, more confident, and wonderfully obedient. And I'm happier as a result too. I am no longer being pulled to and fro and he can walk by a squirrel without going completely nuts. The progress she made with him in such a short time was nothing short of miraculous! I am forever grateful to Mona for her patience, insight, skill, knowledge, kindness and most of all for the love she shared with my new best friend. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Mona!

Just in recently for his annually shots and heart worm test. everything is normal so that was a relief. I realize shots are expensive but a little surprised for doing his nails cost of $25.00. Not happy I could not write a check for the services, had to use a credit card which in turn they charge the processing fee the bank charges them. We are trying to go paperless but then charge us in return for the processing fee. As far as I am concerned that is the price of doing business and go from there. There is no processing fee when I write a check and you deposit it. I do not carry that much cash on me to pay the bill every time. If I did I would have to stop at an ATM prior to going here to make sure I have the money I need. This is not the Customer service I would expect when dealing with a merchant. I could see a vendor at a flea market charging the service fee because they are doing that part time.

They did a biopsy and she did not get enough tissue so the lab could not get a diagnosis, of course I still had to pay for it. She was diagnosed by fluid she took from the lump. The money is not even the thing, if they were trying to help her, money would not be an issue. But I felt like after her diagnosis we were just dropped. I mean when I needed some information the most I didn't get much at all. Also I was taking my cat who had diabetes and was supposedly monitoring his blood sugar. I took him up there every time the said he needed to be checked. Continuing to give him his shots as they told me. Then a new doctor saw him and said are you giving him insulin? You are going to kill him. I said I was going by there instructions. Finally I took him to All animals and he did good there with no insulin just diet. But he was close to 18 and eventually had to be euthanized, but by then he was on his last leg. I took my dog back to them because of their hours and location. Wish I never did. She's seeing All Animals Wednesday at least for some information on things to improve her life for what she has left. Sad mommy.
