I hadn't had Vietnamese in awhile and Pho Han has always been one of those consistent and reliable restaurants for a cheap delicious meal. We always have intentions of trying something new but always resort to Combination Broken Rice. Large size of course!! For $12.50 for a massive dish you can't go wrong. Although its mostly rice you have so many items on the plate and the multitude of condiments on the table at your disposal, if hungry it's quite easy to eat the entire amount. Be prepared to burst at the seams though. The crispy roast pork is cooked to perfection, the pork chop had a fantastic flavour, the shredded pork plentiful and mince cake? Amazing as always. It's also nice to break up the meatiness with fresh sliced cucumber and pickled vegetables. All washed down with a warm broth to cleanse the palate, it had chopped spring onion and coriander which brought a dimension and slight sweetness to the saltiness of the broth.
