Nothing extraordinary going on here. I wasn't hungry, but knew that for the next several hours I would be driving through rugged terrain, so I decided to grab a bite for the road. The fried chicken that lined the food case was the most convenient choice. I was a little concerned that it might have been sitting out all day, but it was late on New Years Eve and I didn't think I had many other options. A variety of typical flavors were available: bbq, teriyaki, regular, garlic herb, etc. I only ordered two pieces of teriyaki. BIG mistake. I should have ordered the whole bird. It was sooooo good. Homemade, still fresh tasting, and juicy. I savored the second piece and even briefly considered turning around and driving back for more. But I was too far away. The nicest part of the encounter was the man behind the counter. After he gave me my food in a container, I asked if I needed a label or something with the price on it. I Waited a long time to write this as I was trying to give them a chance but now I am just fed up,…read moreMy new camper came with a ton of problems and most should have been caught in set up and walkthrough as a new camper owner I was expecting this and knowledgeable guides, The stable jack was bent the fridge door latch was improper because the frame was not set right and broke after it's the first use, the spare tire was the wrong one so when I had to use it I could not. Building of the unit I cannot blame them for and all work was under warranty but a lot of things should have been caught before pick up. The guy had no knowledge of the solar system and could not answer questions I had. I had to bring the unit back at least 6 times for warranty work which was done however they have a deep phony of returning calls or calling you back to update you or tell you work has been done, after trip #6 work was still not completed and the work that was was sloppy and messy caulking splattered on the child's finger painted it all over it or wiped the excess off wherever leaving smears of caulking all over, Still did not fix an issue that was written on the work order. I was never told the work was completed as I was promised I would get a call back In the six times I had service done all under warranty I never received the promised call back. My advice is to make sure and double check EVERYTHING was done correctly as it is hit or miss some things I had to get refixed as they were not done correctly or they did the cheapest simplest thing they could instead of taking the time to do it right the first time, IE straightening a bent jack screw instead of just replacing it, or fixing the frame instead of just replacing the handle that does not fix the issue. It just seems they do not pay attention to detail by not reading the full work order and miscommunication simple fixes if they just slow down. The staff is friendly enough they just need some training on what they sell and slow down, I get it is busy and staffing could be better but still no excuse. they can do better.

I have very sandy soil and I inherited a lawn with mostly weeds. Jimmy found farm soil that he thought would provide more organic nutrients and be less porous because it contained some clay. He brought a bucket of this soil to my house for me to inspect and travelled 50 miles to do so, He did this after he had worked hard all day and was very tired. We scheduled the delivery for Saturday and Sunday. Who works on the weekend? Jimmy does whatever it takes to please a customer. The soil was screened very carefully and had no stones in it. I was very satisfied with the delivery and the service provided by this man. He personally drove every truckload of soil to my house. The price that he quoted was very fair considering the quality of the topsoil and the distance that he had to travel. I made a new friend today and I will recommend Blair Trucking to all of my neighbors. This man impressed me so much with his sincerity and commitment to satisfy his customers, no matter what. He definitely exceeded my expectations.
