I immediately found them to be extremely friendly, down to earth and honest about expectations, cost and timing. I was looking for a fast turnaround in terms of getting them out for the cleaning, which they accommodated by coming to my house on a Sunday! On the day of the cleaning, the great communication continued, with a heads up call that they were on their way to the house, and they were right on time. The cleaning took about 3 hours, and they did a really great and thorough job with no detail left unattended. And to my surprise I was actually out in less than an hour! 9:53am! Even with an appointment all the other dealerships I've been to take at least a couple hours. THE BEST PART, about 40min into my wait I got a text message from the dealership and it was a video of what the technician did and what he found with the squeaky breaks!! I've never had this type of customer service from a dealership service center 10/10!!!
