After an accident our car was repaired very professionally and within an excellent time frame.

you could still see primer on the rear quarter panel of my car after the body work had been done. i called him and he took it back in . when i got it back the second time it looked like he had put touch up paint on the problem area, and you could still see the primer. so i had to bring it back for the third time. when i spoke to him on the phone to let him know the job was not satisfactory, he became irate called me several derogatory names. used an excessive amount of foul demeaning language, and told me to wipe my a** with my check. not once did i get and apology or even a phone call to let me know the car was finished correctly. so if you don't mind this kind of treatment when you question his work, you can get "automotive excellence" out of him. read more
