I'm here for fillings and a teeth cleaning and nothing. I'm sure I'll be here for about another hour. This is the WORST dentist office! I don't think I've ever taken so long at a dentist office. I'm unable to leave now because my mouth is numbed and I've been charged. I don't think they space enough time in between patients. The staff has been very nice but I've been left in a cold exam room for hours. Word dentist experience and I will most definitely not be returning.

At his first appointment we checked in and waited 55 min before going up to ask how much longer till we got called back . While waiting I saw three employees walk to the Kroger mear by giggling and laughing while we were still waiting . Once I went up and asked what was going on you could tell they had completely forgot about my son . My guess is because he was on the ortho schedule and they only pay attention to the dental schedule . They never apologized or nothing for the wait . We then had to schedule another appt 2 weeks out for the braces consult which was a waste of time because they neglected to tell us that they were supposed to order a spacer from the lab prior to putting on his braces . I still payed the $300 dollar deposit hoping these were gonna be the only set backs . Fast forward 3 weeks later my mom takes my son since I can't go due to work and they ask for a $105 payment . My mom being savy asked if we was actually gonna get something done today and to our disappointment the spacer hadn't come in . At this point we are all livid . My son missed school, mom wasted her time , I'm out $300 and all they can say is that they understand why I'm upset . What I don't understand is why they didn't check on the delivery of his spacer . She said she would call me back once she found out the eta of the spacer and we would go from there . I waited 3 hours and didn't get a call . I called the office my self and demanded they transfer me to front desk . She answered and said oh the lab never got the scans so it will be another 3 weeks . Obviously at that point I'm beyond upset . I demand my money back but decide to go in person to demand accountability from rodeo dental . Please don't waste your time , money, and energy on such an unprofessional establishment . You've been warned.

I asked several…read moretimes if a nurse would be present during the procedure since I was going to be put to sleep. Out of nowhere, they canceled my appointment and never called me back to reschedule. Yesterday, I went in for a cleaning and also mentioned that I wanted my wire removed. Just like in other reviews, the staff seemed to be in a rush. The dentist briefly spoke with me, then got up and called the hygienist. The hygienist who came in was extremely rough -- I've never had to stop anyone during a cleaning before, but with her, I had to tell her to stop. She never once asked if I was okay and seemed to be rushing through everything. In the process, she even cut my lip. When I told her she was being too rough and mentioned that my previous hygienist wasn't like that, she told me they had fired the previous one. Later, I asked one of the front desk staff, who told me that the previous hygienist had actually left to work somewhere else -- meaning the one who cleaned my teeth lied to my face simply because I complained. She also tried to rush me out right after the cleaning, but I stopped to ask about my wire. It felt like the dentists were more focused on chatting and having fun, removing their pimples than focusing on their patients. They eventually told me to go back to my room and wait, but honestly, couldn't the dentist have removed the wire before the cleaning?

They are great at explaining everything from your cost to recommendations for any procedures or preventative at home measures. They can even fit you in for any kind of emergency! I also like that they seem very organized and don't just have a temp answering the phone for someone else to call you back or put you on hold a lot. Every time someone answers the phone or responds to you, they look for a solution right away or direct you to someone that can answer your questions! I will keep coming to this place for all my dental needs. If you are looking for a new dental place, you should come here too!

Updated review:…read more Today I came back to get my night guard that I paid $255 for. It took longer than they told me for it to be made. They said it would be 2 weeks, but it was actually 3. Auxi the manager met with me when I came in to get my night guard and tried to listen to what I had to say and even though there is nothing she can do to correct the issue, she was very sweet and really wanted to make things right. I told her that I just don't want that lady who worked on my teeth to ever touch me ever again. I cried the whole time reliving the story definitely still traumatized from the whole thing. I still don't want to come back here. My concerns are that the staff they hired is trained to rush you. During my visit Auxi told me she hates going to offices where you wait around and don't get seen. I like to actually have all my paperwork filled out correctly so that way I know the office has my insurance to bill and has my allergies so they don't try to kill me, and the rushing doesn't feel any more efficient and they make the whole experience of the dentist way more anxiety filled. Inrelived the whole experience with her and i did my best to make it clear that her staff doesn't have patient comfort in mind. They need to be trained on how to treat people. I wasn't rude or combative and I should not have been treated like I was some idiot who doesn't understand a what a bite wing or an impression tray is. I should not be abused and when I say something hurts or something doesn't fit then they should listen. Auxi seemed to care and want to make things right but there wasn't anything she could do. She also told me and this seemed so random, but that my teeth grinding was because of anxiety. Ok not sure how that all fit into our talk. Especially because I don't have a mental illness and have not been diagnosed with any kind of mental anxiety disorders or anything. And she is not a doctor so I am not sure how to take her speculation. It threw me off. The dentist came in to help me try on the night guard. He immediately insulted my appearance. I had been crying with Auxi because I was telling her about the last time I was there. My face was red. He made comments about how my face was red and how it looked like I had seen too much sun. For the actual night guard when they put it in my mouth. I told him it felt weird. It felt like there was a gap and a lot of pressure on my back teeth and I asked if I should be able to bite down on all of it because isn't that the point of the night guard? The dentist told me there wasn't a gap and again made me feel like the staff doesn't listen to their patients. If I am telling you something doesn't feel right you shouldn't tell me to experience it differently. It would be nice to have them actually look at it and make sure it is correct. I told him my concerns that it wasn't fitting right. He didn't seem to care. I told him that I was getting my bottom teeth corrected for overcrowding and that I was pretty sure that I couldn't wear the night guard and my aligners. He said that was true that I can't wear the night guard and the aligners. I asked how to clean the night guard since they gave me no information on what to do with it. They told me to buy denture cleaner and that it might smell bad. The dentist then told me not to let my pets chew on it. Another odd comment. I basically wasted my whole morning having to re-live that traumatic day, and then because I can't wear the night guard and the aligners I wasted $255 on buying a night guard I will never wear because I can't wear it with my aligners. So overall again I don't recommend people coming here. They will still rush you. They will not listen to you. They will not treat you with dignity. They treat you like you don't know what you are talking about because you aren't a doctor/dentist. They upsell you because they don't listen (like the multiple times I said I was getting my bottom teeth corrected for overcrowding yet they really wanted me to get a bottom night guard). And they waste your time. I appreciate that Auxi was trying to help, but it doesn't make up for the experience and then the fitting with the dentist really solidified that her words were just words and nothing in the office had actually changed.

With 20 years of experience comes a lot of wisdom about how to make people feel confident and at ease. I started going to him when I was in middle school (1989), so I know he's good with kids. His office staff is friendly, helpful, and experienced as well. They always remember little details about me and my family and seem to really care about us. Don't even worry about pain here. He's really careful and gentle with your mouth. Even in complex procedures, I felt no pain. Somehow, even when he gives you the shot it doesn't hurt. How is that possible?! Dr. G does excellent cosmetic dentistry. The front of one of my teeth chipped off, and he fixed it so well that my next dentist and hygienist were really surprised when they saw the x-ray and realized that tooth had been repaired! Though his prices sometimes exceeded what my insurance considered reasonable and customary, he was worth every penny.

I have had an issue with an assistant previously, but the staff have been gracious enough to make the change when requested..so minute in concern to me. Dr. Stephens & Dr. Pagano are night and day with mannerisms and approach (those are the only two dentists I've had the pleasure of being seen by, so I can't comment on the others), yet both are very understanding of traumatic experiences and have been very receptive to my anxiety and stress levels. I have a vast appreciation for Dr. Stephen's brash approach coming from a military background like himself and Dr. Pagano is just as down-to-earth as they come. Both are great, easy to communicate with, and will walk you through what they're doing every step of the way. Seeing as though I avoid the dentist at all cost, this has allowed me to feel at ease enough to keep up with my maintenance and continue coming here. I've not had any residual issue from any work I've had done (filling replacements, periodontal cleaning) and have more that needs to be completed (crown, root canal, some alignments), yet have not been uncomfortable at all with the visits or work performed. My preferred dental hygienist is a gem and makes you feel so comfortable - a very important factor in how I respond to the visit. My husband is seen here as well & has also had some pretty extensive work done (root canal, extraction, and crown work), and has not complained regarding his experience - except for once, blaming it on the method in which they obtained his BP and thus received a pretty high reading - rendering him unable to complete a part of his treatment that visit. It did get sorted out and he was later able to finish... more of an inconvenience than I complaint I think... Billing has never really been an issue, except for when they say they send bills and we've not received them - but are eager to address - and we've been approached with balances well after the last visit. To their credit - when it happened to us, Harvey also happened and could have attributed to the lack of follow up and notifications. Overall, I am quite happy here! I will continue to trust the dentists and staff for as long as they continue to provide the stellar care they've given to my family.... Hopefully you will too!

Had those for some time and thought I needed a professional to tell me if I need them replaced. (note, I am extremely scared of dentists due to improper care in the past) NOTE: I paid $10.000 for the horrible service that I am trying to be brief about on here. $5.000 for my permanent retainers. He came up with a plan that my crowns needed to be replaced. I had permanent retainers placed by my Orthodontist years ago to keep my lower front teeth in place, and I paid $5,000 for those. He took it upon himself to remove my permanent retainers, told me that my teeth would not move, I am 57, of course, they will move. He half extracted one of my lower front teeth in the process, very painful. I cannot bite into anything; my lifestyle/food habits have changed due to the half extraction/cannot bite into any foods. I kept going back and forth throughout that time while he tried to come up with a plan for my 4 front teeth. He said for me to come into his office on 6/2/2025, which I did to discuss the bridge he said was the only plan he had that could fix what he messed up. We have been on the phone multiple times trying to come up with a solution for the mess he created with my 4 lower front teeth. On 6/2/2025, he dismissed me and said I was not his patient anymore, and said he was sorry for the mess he created. He had planned the dismissal and did not want me in his office anymore. He took my 10.000 andmade my teeth worse. He said I am not to come into his office anymore. Got a call from his office manager on 6/5/2025, stating I will not get a refund/no work to be done to fix my teeth/not to call or come into the office again... I am at a loss as to what my next move is because Dr. Stephens is the person who created the mess with my teeth, took my permanent retainers out without my permission, took my money, and refused to fix my teeth or see me again due to me being 'unhappy,' he stated... Dr. Stephens has his eyes set on money/financial gains, not on helping patients. Steals your money and does not treat the patient/me and then discards his patients after taking their finances...
