Now I can understand why no vending machines, as we are not to eat on DART (Yeah right!), but how about a water fountain at least? Well maybe that's not a good idea since there are no restrooms. Aren't they suppose to "address" that sort of anger displayed by people? I felt as if we were in danger. And she just turned her back. What the fuck is she getting paid for? To look pretty! I searched my purse for the pepper spray. I also carry a stunt gun should I need it. I am a security guard. I would have gone up to him at least to try and calm him down. So as not to give him the chance to take it out on anyone there. But she went to hide. I kept looking for her, I couldn't see her around anymore. How fucking disappointing from Dart. I hope to purchase an automobile so we can minimize the dangers from people who get "that" angry! Thx for having your patrions backs dar Dart is pure BULLSHIT!

The DART is clean, safe, quick, has extensive coverage, and comfortable. Every time I've ridden there was a cop at least part of the way. I would look at a map before you arrive and before you leave. If you're young you might have someone old show you what I mean by "looking at a map," and if you're old like me, have someone younger show you how to use Google maps- public transportation on your phone.

DART from DFW can take you a long way at a very affordable price. I use it to go all the way up to…read moreRichardson (there is a nice Renissance hotel right at a stop) which takes almost 90 minutes, but since I am old costs only $1.50 (it's a $45 lyft ride). It's a short walk from the A-1 end of the A terminal, just go downstairs on the elevator from baggage claim and follow the signs. It is highly likely that the fare machines won't work - it's been about 50/50. The train is modern but the seats are hard. It tends to provide shelter for many homeless on occasion; I've never had an issue but there are usually some disconcerting folks aboard. If you have to transfer try not to do it at one of the downtown stops - they are sketchey at best. Even if you have to overshoot by a stop or 2 and double back you'll feel safer. It's a metro area public transportation system - there are worse. Just keep aware of your surroundings and don't travel late night.

Hey I'mma tell yovu right now! This was my first time ever in my life getting on a train. And boy…read morewas it a great experience. You pull up to the parking lot, park you car. Simply walk up the stairs and pay 5 bucks for an all day pass. Once you get on the train, it tells you exactly where to you need to get off at . We were headed to Fair Park, and the train dropped us off right in front! Now the cool thing about this is the drop off for AA Center. There is a stop that puts you at the front entrance of AA. How cool is that. It was a smooth ride that took about 20 minutes. This is a great tool for everyone to take advantage of! It saves of wear and tare of your car, its way cheapier than driving, saves you time, and its stress free. The train was clean and very well kept up! There is map of everywhere the train goes and its easy to read and follow. Also there's a little lady that talks to you as upcoming stops are approching, so there's no need to be affraid of using this amazing transporation device. More people should take advantage of this.

Dropped my car off for service at a local shop and figured I'd "be green" and take Dart back home…read more Plus I didn't have to bother or wait on anyone else. Enjoyed that it's an elevated station. Train arrived when the signs said it would. Why not 5 stars? Well the station gets that. Dart on the other hand....the train went to Victory station as it's last stop, no big deal that happens all the time and you have to switch trains. Dart was doing major repairs on the line between Pearl and West End and NO trains were running between those stops. No signs at Victory station by the train itself. Finally figured out there was bus service over to Pearl. Course the bus decided to stop at West End for maybe 10+ minutes? So I just walked the rest of the way to Pearl where I caught the next train. At Pearl, they had LOTS of signs telling everyone what was going on. why not duplicate that at Victory? Dart is almost always awesome! This time, not so much.

PICK UP: When summoning your car at DFW, I'd suggest waiting on the middle island outside of baggage claim. You're required to select your terminal then the app will give you a GPS pinpoint of where to wait, though pick up seemed to be all over the place as some cars picked up from the middle island but ours came to the main curb outside of baggage claim. Ride share signage is very poor here, surprisingly. The lady who picked us up didn't help us with our bags at all, though she was nice and got us to our hotel safely. DROP OFF: A friendly guy named Joshua picked up up at our hotel. Unlike many drivers, he got out of his car and assisted us with loading our luggage. He was friendly, conversational and professional the whole way to the airport. When we arrived, he again got out of his car and assisted us with each bag. You can bet I gave him a nice tip! COST: Each run cost us $15 for a four mile trip. OVERALL: So far, so good in the Lone Star State!

I unwrapped $1 Target candles that were bought in Texas, taken to Japan, and now were being shipped back to Texas. Each was wrapped carefully and looked as good as new. They were a little too thorough when they packed up a 1.5'x 4' kitchen vinyl remnant, a pile of old new papers, and a half used roll of toilet paper. Everything came back with no damage.

Nice and useful station on the Orange light rail system. You can easily buy tickets from the…read moremachine, though give yourself a little time to figure it out (first time I arrived it took me a stressful three minutes). This is the closest stop to the Toyota Music Factory, the Irving Convention Center, the Los Colinas apartments, the deceptively named Marriot Dallas Los Colinas, and an easy walk once you learn to look at a real map instead of following Google Maps walking. There's an overpriced convenience store right by the station. In fact everything around this station is very overpriced, so it's a useful station if you're staying in one of the nearby hotels. DART is so affordable, get a day pass to get to the museum district in Dallas, and along the Orange line there are many much more affordable better restaurants than in and around the hotels. Also, this is the way to get to and from the airport though no locals, hospitality workers, or travel guides seem to know about it. From here, right into Terminal A, no hassle at all for a fraction of the Uber price.
